About Grand Rapids Bartending

Tim and Nena

Co-Founders

After many years of bartending in various environments, we decided to bring our bartending expertise to the wedding industry. With well over 10 years of bartending experience, we have the knowledge and expertise to help you plan and execute a wonderful bar experience for you and your guests. When we aren't bartending, you can find us spending time outdoors with our friends and our fur babies, playing trivia, or looking for our next adventure.

We are a one-stop shop for everything you need for your bartending service. Everything we can legally provide at least. You supply the alcohol (State of MI Law) and we will provide everything else from the cups and straws to the ice and mixers. We also provide alcohol quantity estimating and brand recommendations to keep the bar within your budget. We are fully insured with Liquor Liability and General Liability policies as well as TIPS certified.

Weekend Package (Fri-Sat)

Description

Premier bartending services for up to 100 guests, serving beer, wine, and liquor. This also includes up to 2 specialty cocktails. We provide everything except for the alcohol. Travel fees may apply. Additional $10 per guest beyond 100 guests

Weekday Package (Sun-Thurs)

Price$800

Description

Premier bartending services for up to 75 guests. Serving beer, wine, and liquor. This also includes up to 2 specialty cocktails. We provide everything except for the alcohol. Travel fees may apply. Additional $8 per guest beyond 75 guests.

Service Only

Price$500

Description

Service only package. We provide 2 bartenders with limited equipment. You provide the cups, mixers, coolers, ice, etc. $125 per hour of your event, plus 1 hour for setup and 1 hour of cleanup. 2 hour minimum event time.

    Nena and Tim were extremely professional, personable and great to communicate with prior to our big day! It was so nice to have them work out all the specifics and feel as though I had no worries on my wedding day about the bar/bartending! They were both very personable with our guests, and the Jell-O shots they made were superb! HIGHLY recommend Nena & Tim for any event!

    We hired Grand Rapids Bartending for our Fall 2023 wedding. They were AMAZING!! They helped us come up with perfect his and hers drinks and they were a hit! Our guests loved how interactive they were and knowledgeable! Their prices are budget friendly. I cannot say enough good things!
