Headquartered in Powell, TN, Appalachian Bartending LLC was established by James and Sam, a pair of entrepreneurs drawn together by their passion for bartending and wedding hospitality. Together, they have the skills to provide you and your guests with a beverage experience like no other. Above all, the Appalachian Bartending team takes pride in seeing couples and their guests having a good time while sipping on their favorite drinks. Insured and TABC-certified, James and Sam are well versed in knowing how to tend a bar at a special event. - Cheers

We have designed our packages to be affordable and easy to understand. Our goal is to make hiring a bartender unbelievably easy. We handle every aspect of the bar, and work closely with our clients to ensure they get exactly what they want!

    Amazing Service and Communication!!

    The bartending services from Appalachian Bartending was incredible! Communication leading up to the wedding was clear and consistent. There was an issue with the bartender's transportation getting up the very steep roads to our venue but the bartender called immediately and we were able to work things out without missing a beat. We’re still hearing compliments about our special day. The team made everything seamless, and we’re so glad we chose them!

    From start to finish, working with Appalachian Bartending LLC was a breeze. Sam and Noah were the real MVPs of our wedding day—they kept the bar running smoothly while staying engaged with our guests and creating such a fun vibe throughout the night. What impressed us most was how responsive and organized they were during the planning process, and then how seamlessly they executed everything on the day itself. Our guests couldn't stop raving about them, and honestly, they played a huge role in making our wedding so memorable. The value we got for the price was outstanding, and we felt taken care of the entire time. We'd absolutely recommend Appalachian Bartending to anyone looking to make their event special.

    Shoutout Sam & Shannon!

    Sam was really great to work with and amenable to all our requests. Despite some logistical challenges with the venue, they made it happen. Shannon, our bartender, was on her own since the other bartender was out sick, but she absolutely crushed it! She was a joy to talk to, and all the cocktails came out amazing. Can't recommend Appalachian Bartending enough!

    Wedding Bartender

    They were AMAZING! Arrived on time and kept the line moving during our wedding. The communication leading up to our big day was awesome & clear. We had a lot of last minute changes and they were very accommodating to those changes. I highly recommend using this bar service for your wedding. They made this very easy!!! We can’t thank you enough for being apart of our big day and celebrating with us. So happy with this bartending company!!
