Hi, were Kris & Brandy and we are the proud owners of our Family owned business Affinity Event Rentals. Since being married back in 2007 we have really had a passion for weddings. After seeing how many Brides struggled to resell their wedding decor and hire reputable bartenders, we thought, why not be part of a solution? Starting in 2021 we have hand built mobile bars, started officiating & have gained an awesome team of vendors and employees. We hope to add you and your partner to our amazing list of Clients and look forward to being apart of your special day!

There are three things that set us apart. One is our whole team goes above and beyond. We make the entire wedding our job and always help wherever needed. Second is our prices are some of the best around and third is we treat our customers like family!

As the mother of the bride, I hired a wedding coordinator because I wanted to be fully present for my daughter’s wedding—not spend the day worrying about logistics, vendors, and cleanup. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened. I had everything carefully organized, including a detailed binder with the timeline, vendor information, and specific instructions. Even with all of that preparation, the agreed-upon plan was not followed. The timeline was changed, cocktail hour was shortened significantly, and there was so much confusion that we missed important family photos with the bride’s grandparents. Vendors were approaching guests for answers because communication was not being handled. The team I was promised was also not there. By the end of the evening, my husband and the bride’s father were packing up and cleaning instead of enjoying the reception. Items that were supposed to be taken care of were left outside in the rain and damaged, and thousands of dollars in food was lost because it was not properly handled or packed. What was most upsetting was my attempt to resolve everything afterward. I approached the situation professionally and simply wanted to discuss what happened. Instead, Brandy blamed the venue, that was not hired to do these jobs. I was cursed at, laughed at, and hung up on. That was completely unacceptable and showed me a level of disrespect I never expected after trusting someone with such an important occasion. I can handle mistakes—things happen at weddings. What I cannot accept is the lack of accountability and the way my concerns were handled afterward. My daughter’s wedding was beautiful, but the experience of having this coordinator involved was incredibly stressful and disappointing. Based on my experience, I strongly urge future brides and parents of the bride to RUN. Do not put yourself through the unnecessary stress we experienced on what should be one of the happiest days of your life.

Amazing team
Affinity Event Rentals was a dream to work with for our wedding! They were so easy to communicate with throughout the entire planning process. I loved their modern, stylish inventory of bar equipment and decor - it really elevated the look and feel of our wedding. They were a true one-stop shop for me, providing not only licensed bartenders but also an amazing on-site planner/coordinator who helped me find the perfect team of vendors. They even connected me with their officiant to perform our ceremony. Affinity made everything so much easier and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. I would give them a 10/10 recommendation to any bride looking for a solid place to start planning their wedding. They truly have it all!

Affinity Event Rentals provided fantastic bar services and beverages for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was fast, nice, and fun. The quality of their work and value exceeded our expectations - they had really great bartenders who helped us put together the perfect bar menu and determine the right amount of alcohol to purchase. We had a really great experience with this company and they contributed significantly to making our special day a success.
