Premier Entertainment is San Diego's dedicated DJ and MC duo. Dennis stays completely focused on the music. Marlon stays completely focused on your guests, your timeline, and every moment that needs to land right. Two specialists, neither stretched across two jobs, so your reception flows exactly the way you planned it. We're new to Zola but not new to weddings. We've been doing this together since 2015 and have built one of San Diego's most reviewed DJ and MC businesses, with 116 five-star reviews on Yelp that personally reflect our work. Dennis has performed at hundreds of weddings across San Diego and Southern California, with a background in clubs and live events that shapes how he reads a crowd and keeps a dance floor alive. Marlon has performed at over 300 weddings as MC, known for his warm delivery, quick wit, and ability to make every guest feel part of the moment.     Awesome DJs for our wedding

    From our first conversation, Premier Entertainment San Diego made us feel heard and excited about our wedding day. They responded quickly to every question and were always open to our ideas, which made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. On the night of our wedding, they kept everything on schedule and knew exactly how to get the party started and keep it going strong all night long.     Wedding couple

    Premier Entertainment San Diego is a solid choice if you're looking for a DJ duo that won't break the bank. The two of them have great personalities and really know how to keep the crowd energized throughout the night, plus they nailed our music selections. That said, communication leading up to the wedding was challenging—they were hard to reach and could use better organization with their planning process. During the reception, the open dancing playlist was fantastic, but we noticed they could improve on reading the room and making smoother transitions between songs. Overall, you get what you pay for with this team, and if you're on a budget and want people who will deliver on the music front these are your guys!

    Great Duo

    Premier Entertainment San Diego was an excellent choice for our wedding MC and DJ services. From the very first interaction, the team was communicative, friendly and direct, helping us feel at ease throughout the planning process.     The Best DJ and Emcee!

    We couldn’t be happier with the incredible job Dennis (our DJ) and Marlon (our emcee) did at our luau wedding reception! Dennis kept the vibe just right all evening with an amazing music selection that had everyone on the dance floor. Marlon brought the perfect energy, engaging the crowd and keeping the momentum going all night long. So many of our guests told us how much fun they had—one even said it was one of the best wedding receptions they’ve ever attended! We highly recommend Premier Entertainment for any celebration. Yes. The Wedding and The Full Experience packages both include ceremony sound system and cocktail hour music. The Reception package covers grand entrance through last dance and is ideal for couples whose ceremony is at a separate location.
Absolutely. We work with you before your wedding to build a custom playlist around your preferences and a do-not-play list. On the night we read the room and adjust in real time. Your playlist is the guideline, not a rigid script.
Yes. We offer uplighting, monogram projection, video montage display, and a staffed open air photo booth with dedicated technician, custom prints, and digital sharing. All available as add-ons or included in The Full Experience package.
We typically arrive 90 minutes to 2 hours before your event start time to ensure everything is set up, tested, and ready before your first guest walks in. For events requiring ceremony sound and a separate cocktail hour setup we arrive earlier.
Yes. Premier Entertainment carries full liability insurance. We can provide proof of insurance to your venue upon request.
We serve all of San Diego County within approximately 45 minutes of Rancho Bernardo, including Oceanside to the north, Chula Vista to the south, Temecula wine country to the northeast, and Alpine to the east. Events outside of San Diego County are not available at this time.
DJ and MC services are not subject to California sales tax. You pay exactly what your package or quote states, no tax surprises.
Peak Saturdays from April through October book up quickly. We recommend reaching out 9 to 12 months in advance for those dates. Off-peak dates and weekdays have more flexibility but earlier is always better to guarantee availability.
