Hello! I'm Caleb, a wedding pianist based in Southern California. I believe music is a gift that finds its truest purpose when it's used to serve God and others. My passion is partnering with couples to create an unforgettable, cinematic soundtrack for their day. I love taking a song that's meaningful to you—your song—and arranging it into an elegant piano piece that tells your unique story. It's my way of celebrating your commitment and helping contribute to one of life's most beautiful moments in a deeply personal way.

My work is all about creating a sound as unique as your love story. I'm not just a pianist; I am a sound designer who performs everything live. For a lush, "film score" feel, I can meticulously layer up to 15 sounds in real-time—from soft strings to ambient textures—creating a true cinematic masterpiece. If you prefer a pure and classic sound, I can perform using top-of-the-line acoustic samples from the world's most exclusive grand pianos. This flexibility allows me to craft a musical atmosphere that perfectly matches your vision, whatever it may be.

    Caleb was great

    Caleb was great. He said it was his first time doing a wedding, but he played remarkably well. He played classical versions of popular movie songs such as the Lion King, Jurassic Park, Lord of the Rings. Really provided a good ambiance before and after the ceremony.

    The Best in the Business!

    Caleb played for our Christmas party and it was a hit! We did karaoke, he covered multiple genres, and he catered perfectly to the event and group. He's friendly, personable, and seeks to really bring your vision to life. He also loves what he does and it shows in his performances. Planning on having him play for our next party!

    The Most Memorable Celebration

    Caleb came and helped my husband pull off a coffee house vibe for my 45th birthday. It was a dream I'd had for a long time! I wanted my favorite…live music, coffee, and a space to enjoy with my friends. Caleb grabbed a few other musicians, came to my house, set up in my living room, and entertained for 2 hours! My husband had others bring an espresso machine and create a menu of drinks to offer to the guests. It was my favorite and most memorable birthday celebration! Hire Caleb! He is reliable, friendly, professional, and flexible and will work to pull off the event you dream of…even if it's not on his menu!

Yes, for sure! I love taking requests. All of my packages let you ask for special songs that aren't on my usual list. Just give me a heads-up in advance! And if you need a free demo to hear what your song might sound like, you can always request a song demo through my website.
You bet! I can be there for the whole entire ceremony and the entire celebration! From the moments before your guests even arrive to the wedding, to the last toast at the reception, I've got packages to get you completely covered.
I can play a little bit of everything! Whether you want something romantic and cinematic, classic and elegant, or upbeat and modern, I can match the mood you're going for. We can even do a mix of everything to keep things interesting! You can check out some of my cinematic and traditional arrangements in the audio library on my website to get a better idea.
I like to get there about 60-90 minutes before the music starts. That gives me plenty of time to get everything set up and do a sound check, so it's all smooth sailing when your guests arrive.
While I stick to what I do best—playing the piano—I do have some awesome add-ons to make your event even more memorable! We're talking a custom-pressed vinyl record of a special song, a live performance at your rehearsal dinner, or even a pre-recorded message set to my music. I can also create a Spotify playlist of all your event's key songs and a cool physical keepsake to go with it.
Travel fees depend on which package you choose. For some packages, travel within 30 miles of Riverside, CA is included, and for "The Full Experience," it's a 50-mile radius. If your event is a bit further out, we'll just figure out the travel costs based on the standard mileage rate. And no worries about a breakdown fee – there isn't one!
