    Our experience with Engagement Sounds was a mixed bag. The pre-wedding communication via email, text and phone was good and they were responsive to our questions. On the day of, the music selection was solid and kept everyone dancing all night. However, there were some technical issues with the microphone and sound system that caused some screeching noises which was a bit disruptive. We also felt the DJ could have engaged with the guests more instead of staying behind his table the entire time. When we did the anniversary dance, some of our guests were a bit confused on how it worked, and it would have been helpful if the DJ had explained it better and done the dance in smaller increments. Lastly, our parent dance with our older, handicapped parents did not go as smoothly as we had hoped, and the DJ did not handle that situation very well. Ceremony music was good and had no issues. Overall, Engagement Sounds had some strengths but also some room for improvement to truly elevate the experience on our special day.

    DJ Connor and his team were super professional! Music timing during the ceremony was spot-on. During the reception, he prioritized our custom "favorites list" that we submitted prior to the wedding. Other selections he played blended in perfectly and kept the vibe on the dance floor alive all night long! We had an amazing celebration, and we are very thankful for everything Connor did to make our wedding the best! Btw, if you are on the fence about getting the photo booth too, we HIGHLY recommend it.
