It depends on a handful of variables: Event location, time of the year, night of the week, band configuration, length of set up, and performance time. Based on those considerations, the fee for hiring Big Night can range between $1800 and $5,000.
For private and corporate events, we provide a standard performance contract.
We generally require a security deposit of between $500 – $1000, depending on the total fee for the event.
Absolutely! Contact us and we can set up a time to meet and discuss your vision for your event and answer your questions. We are also able to meet via Zoom.
Big Night can perform with anywhere between 3 – 8 players, adding guitar, piano, a horn, or a horn section.
We have an extensive list of songs that we can recommend for first dances, etc. If, however, you have a specific song that you would like us to play that is not part of our music library, we charge $300 – $500 to chart, learn, and rehearse the song for your event.
