    Atlantic Sound Machine

    What is key about a DJ? Its’ the ability to read the vibe in the room and to use music to create an atmosphere to match. That is exactly what Atlantic Sound Machine was able to do! The energy in the room for our special night was electric and kept going all night long. The transitions from one musical genre to another were seamless and all the musical choices felt like a great fit for us and for the night. Atlantic Sound Machine was able to get folks up on the dance floor and to keep them going!! Not only did they create a magical night for us, but they were highly professional and easy to work with.     The BEST!

    Atlantic Sound Machine DJ’ed our wedding and it was better than I could have hoped for across the board. Amazing communication leading up to the wedding, professionalism every step of the way, and a truly incredible ability to read the room and choose the best songs for OUR crowd throughout the night. This was our best decision as far as vendors went. It truly made the wedding! If you’re on the fence, do yourself a favor and book Atlantic Sound Machine. You’ll never regret it.

We keep our look clean, professional, and event-appropriate—typically a suit or all-black ensemble, depending on the vibe of your wedding. If there’s a specific dress code or aesthetic, we’re happy to match it! Our goal is to blend in seamlessly and let the music do the talking.
We prioritize your music vision first, but we’re happy to take requests from guests if you’re cool with it. Before the big day, we’ll chat about what kind of requests (if any) you’d like us to accept -- and we always use discretion to keep the vibe just right.
Yes! We’re happy to provide music for your ceremony and cocktail hour. DJ coverage for these moments is available, and if you’d like to integrate live musicians or customize your setup beyond the standard offering, we can absolutely make that happen -- additional fees may apply based on your vision.
Yes -- we’re happy to help source specialty, religious, or ethnic musicians when available, or collaborate with musicians you provide. Whether it’s a string trio for a Jewish ceremony, a tabla player, or a mariachi band, we’re all about helping you honor your traditions and create a meaningful experience.
Yes, we’re fully insured and happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue or planner upon request. We know how important it is to meet venue requirements and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Our style is elevated, music-forward. We blend vinyl-inspired DJ sets with optional live musicians to create a curated, high-energy experience that feels totally personal. Our MC style is relaxed and professional -- no cheesy hype-man energy here -- just smooth flow, great music, and an unforgettable atmosphere.
We typically arrive about three hours before the event to ensure everything is set up, sound-checked, and ready to go with plenty of time to spare. We like to keep things smooth, stress-free, and fully dialed in before your first guest arrives.
Yes, we do! We offer a range of enhancements including dance floor lighting, uplighting, and select production options. While we don’t offer photo booths in-house, we’re happy to recommend trusted partners or coordinate with your preferred vendors to keep everything seamless.
We charge a travel fee of $0.50 per mile for the round trip to your event location. For example, a venue 100 miles from Boston (200 miles round trip) would incur a $100 travel fee. Breakdown and load-out are always included in our standard service.
Good news -- we don’t charge sales tax on our services. The pricing we provide is straightforward, transparent, and free of surprise fees. What you see is what you get!
