Welcome to historic Board Landing Farm! Belfast is in stunning coastal Maine, an adorable, artsy town on Penobscot Bay. Just 2.5 miles from the heart of downtown’s shops, restaurants, breweries, and music venues. Board Landing Farm is available for weddings, elopements, and photo shoots. The property offers an indoor, modern loft for getting ready, and two ceremony lawns and cocktail areas to choose from depending on if you want to be on the water or overlooking the water. Unique to the property there is a natural waterfall, enormous glacial rock, miniature donkey(s), and boat dock access for a nautical arrival or departure. Dozens of acres of rolling open fields are balanced by the surrounding privacy of lush, tall trees. Booking 2026-2027. Restoring this massive 80 foot Barn has been a huge, but rewarding, project. While keeping its past integrity, we renovated it into a modern venue fit for luxury events. The Barn sits on 25 acres and can accommodate up to 225 guests. We have a separate ceremony patio, a lawn ceremony option as well as a cocktail hour veranda. Ceremonies can take place on the patio, the grounds or under the trees or almost anywhere couples would like to on the property. We are an a la cart venue, which means we are a blank slate for you to create the wedding of your dreams. We offer ceremony benches a wooden arbor and a good amount of decor and lighting. There are TWO 5 bedroom houses on the property for rent. These houses are perfect for your wedding parties to stay at, get ready at and enjoy your big weekend all together.

Autumn Lane Estate is a special place to us and a property that has been in the family since the area was settled. We purchased it 3 years ago and designed this venue while preparing for our own wedding! We put our heart and soul into crafting the space while using our own wedding planning experience to provide extra unique details with future couples in mind.
