“I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Maison D Events and Hospitality, I felt like they truly deserved one. From the first conversation all the way through the end of the event, everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Planning an event can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure the food, setup, timing, and overall experience come together the way you imagined. The team at Maison D made the entire process feel so much easier. They listened to what we wanted, communicated with us throughout the process, and were very accommodating when it came to the little details that mattered to us. The food was honestly one of the highlights of the event. Everything tasted fresh, was seasoned really well, and the presentation was beautiful. Our guests kept talking about how good the food was, and several people even asked who catered the event. The portions were great, everything came out looking professional, and you could tell that they actually take pride in what they serve. What impressed me just as much as the food was the service. The staff was friendly, respectful, attentive, and professional without making things feel stiff or overly formal. They made sure our guests were taken care of and handled things behind the scenes without us having to constantly check in or worry about what was happening next. That allowed us to actually enjoy the event instead of spending the entire time trying to manage everything. There were also little touches throughout the event that showed they genuinely cared about the experience and weren’t just there to provide food and leave. That type of hospitality is hard to find. Overall, we had a really great experience with Maison D Events and Hospitality. If you’re planning a wedding, birthday, corporate event, private dinner, or any special occasion and want a team that cares about the details, provides great food, and treats your guests well, I would definitely recommend them. “We had a fully vegan menu for our wedding and BarCart truly delivered! They had a variety of selections but were also willing to adjust things as desired if you already had some items in mind for your menu. We had some items from their Asian inspired menu, the winter stew, salad and mac and cheese bites and everything was delicious. We heard positive feedback from all of our guests about the food as well. The drinks were also incredible. The staff also were responsive to questions and attentive to the guests. The only issue we encountered was when a staff member was asked a question about an allergen concern the staff member stated " I don't know. I didn't make the food." While I understand that these individuals may not have made the food I think it is important for each staff member to be knowledgeable about the allergen information for the items on the menu. I also think that comment was rude and could have been handled differently. Aside from that we had a great experience and the food was amazing!”

“The food from Southern Fig was incredible! Everything was handled so professionally and thoughtfully. The menu was delicious, beautifully presented, and accommodating of our guests’ needs. I forgot about an aunt who had a gluten allergy and emailed Craig just hours before the wedding, and he was able to make a separate plate at very late notice. We’re still hearing compliments about the meal and the grazing table! Such a showstopper and crowd favorite. Craig did so much work and made everything seamless, and we’re so glad we chose them.
