The Hilton Miami Downtown made everything exceptional for our special day and Joseph Castaneda made every single step of the process so easy. Joseph was the highlight for us. Whatever we needed, Joseph was extremely accommodating and thoughtful. From helping us coordinate the events of the day, to our dishes and hors d’oeuvers (all the food was delicious) and to even helping me with my dress on the day of! Joseph wears many hats and he’s the right kind of person you want on your day - you know that with him involved everything is going to go as planned or even better. The venue itself was beautiful. The setup was perfect and the space outside for pictures alongside the green wall was unbelievable, they turned out really nice! The Hilton was also helpful when it came to room blocks. They provided us status updates around our room blocks and helped give out welcome bags to our guests that booked through them. The Historic Alfred I. Dupont Building was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, the staff was super attentive and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous - the high ceilings, elegant decor, and stunning chandeliers created such a beautiful and unique backdrop for our celebration. One of the best things about this venue was that they let us use any caterer we wanted, which was incredibly important to us. The food and drinks flowed all night long, from 8pm to 6am! The team at the Dupont Building truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect.

I highly recommend The Eau Palm Beach for a wedding event! We had our ceremony and cocktail hour outside, and The Ocean Ball Room was a beautiful dinner and dancing venue! The food was absolutely gourmet all around!

Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove was the perfect venue for our wedding. Ruth, the Event Manager was very attentive to detail and ensured our day ran smoothly. The ballroom featured majestic bay views that wowed our guests. We were especially impressed by the Honeymoon suite and the romantic turndown service provided. Courtyard Coconut Grove is a wonderful wedding venue that is very affordable and provides exceptional catering service. Ruth and her team were amazing to work with and made our special day truly unforgettable.

The Ben is an absolutely gorgeous venue! We had a three day wedding weekend planned there where we used almost every space on property! We had a welcome party on the rooftop terrace which is the two cabanas to the south of the pool, our ceremony and reception in the ballroom with cocktail hour taking over part of Spruzzo, and our farewell brunch in the studio downstairs. The employees at the hotel are so easy to work with and were accommodating throughout the weekend. We did have a few hiccups. Communication was hard with COVID as we were a postponement wedding and our contacts changed a few times. We were the first ceremony that was upstairs in the ballroom and there was an announcement that wasn't turned off at the very beginning of the ceremony. And they originally told us they could turn off the music for spruzzo for our cocktail hour and then during cocktail hour, it was never turned off and they told the planner they couldn't. We had already hired Rockwithu to have a pianist and violinist duo there. But being a new venue, there are bound to be little blips that they will work out as they have more weddings come in, and this definitely wouldn't deter me from recommending them. The food is absolutely amazing and Chef Andre is a gem. We got so many rave reviews for our dessert welcome party- complete with crepes and bite sized desserts, our reception food, and even brunch food was delicious! Riley did our block and was VERY accommodating with letting people book after the time originally allotted because our invites were delayed and with COVID people were RSVPing last minute. And Thom was our main contact post-COVID and he did everything in his power to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed for our wedding weekend! I would definitely recommend the Ben for your wedding!

My husband and I had our wedding here Nov. 2024. Everything from the food, to the service, location, parking literally everything was perfect. I am being completely honest when I say I have no complaints. The evening went so smoothly thanks to the team at Vista Lago. They were constantly checking on my husband and I throughout our wedding. One of the most important details to me was the food and the food here was incredible. Everyone was raving about how great everything tasted. You have the ceremony, cocktail and reception all in one location. Not only is it great for weddings, but it is also great for baby showers, 15’s, birthdays and a lot of other fun events. It has high ceilings with beautiful chandeliers. It’s a gorgeous venue and the best value you will find in Miami. If you are anything like me and very indecisive and anxious, Vista Lago is the place to hold your wedding at. We are both incredibly happy we chose this venue and will be choosing this venue for future celebrations. They also gave us the left overs. We couldn’t eat on our wedding because of our nerves but we were able to enjoy the food the day after and everyone was right it was sooo good

Lucy and Luis are a dream to work with. They understood our vision for the day and we’re flexible to help us see that vision come to life. It rained on our wedding day and the mood was not soured. The patio was more than sufficient to keep our 240ish guest dry. Both Lucy and Luis were there throughout the day and night to provide support and ensure the event went off without a hitch.
