Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.

You'll also have a choice of multiple ceremony and reception sites, all of which are surrounded by lush lawns and thick groves of trees. Natural light fills the banquet room through the floor-to-ceiling windows. This versatile space includes a large wood dance floor, and it adjoins an open-air patio, a tented area, and an outdoor tiki bar, making it easy for guests to mingle beneath the stars in the evening. You can choose from a plated or buffet dinner menu, both of which feature delicious classic entrées, skillfully prepared in-house. Chiavari chairs, tables, settings, and more come with all packages, and convenient add-ons such as centerpieces make planning simple and seamless.
