The Perfect Venue

From the moment we reached out to The Collins off Main, their communication was fast, efficient and seamless. They truly went above and beyond anything we could have imagined to contribute to our special day. The venue had a beautiful atmosphere that exceeded our expectations, and the team ensured every detail was perfect. We are so grateful to have celebrated our wedding at this incredible space, and our guests are still raving about the wonderful experience. We highly recommend The Collins off Main to any couple looking for a stunning venue with top-notch service.

Great Wedding at The Collins

The Collins was overall a good venue for our wedding. It was very beautiful, and having access to the Chelsea Clocktower for wedding photos was great (but be prepared for a hefty and dirty climb!) It was a full-service venue, so the timeline planning and layout planning meetings were very helpful. And the staff were very competent and helpful on the day of the event. It was definitely unique, and having the indoor-outdoor space was fantastic. Many of our guests complimented us on the space. And I loved being able to stay in the suites upstairs with my bridesmaids the night before. I did have a couple of issues: certain features were sold to us during our tour that ended up being changed, or costing extra fees, such as rearranging the layout, and many things in the "Decor Closet" on our first tour were no longer there when we went to actually choose our decor, which was disappointing. We also used The Collins' sister company, Blue Sky, for rentals, and we paid for hanging decorations that were not installed. We were given a full refund for that once they were aware of the mistake. The biggest issue was the lack of bathrooms. There were only 3 individual bathrooms (and 1 extra for the bridal party in the back) for our 160 guests. We ended up having quite a long line of guests waiting for the bathrooms at times.

Elegant yet approachable venue

We had our wedding at the Collins off Main in August and it was everything we could imagine and more!! The space itself lends you to have whatever vibe for your wedding you could want and the team at the Collins is really what makes the place. We were going for a garden lush elegant yet fun wedding and had the best time. We liked getting to choose all of our vendors, having flexibility with bar/food service, a different space for ceremony (at the Clocktower a block away), and most of all having an outdoor area that is tasteful and fun. We also loved the after-party feature and it was so easy to move guests there after the reception ended. Jess and the team were thorough with the design planning and took what was in our brains and put it into the venue seamlessly (from the couples perspective) working with the other vendors; as well as acting as day of coordinator being extremely helpful. They have decor which couples can borrow and also easy to collaborate with rentals for chairs, table ware, etc. We enjoyed staying in the suite the night before and after the wedding which made getting ready and pictures go smoothly. I would recommend the Collins off Main to anyone!!

One Million Times Thank You for making our daughters wedding in her word " The Best Day Of Her Life " This was truly the Best Venue from start to finish. Everyone from Amy, Drew and all of the vendors suggested by Amy were amazing. Every detail was treated like they were hosting a event for thier own family. I can't even express into words my gratitude for Drew!!! She was so professional, as in any large event problems will occur no fault of the venue.... but Drew was right there to handle them with a smile on her face :-) The Bride and Groom did not see anything that would effect thier perfect day. We truly could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. From start to finish, the entire staff at The Collins Off Main was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. They made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free, and we always felt like we were in great hands. Jamie was SPECTACULAR. She went above and beyond for us and played such a huge part in making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be. Having someone so kind, helpful, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect meant more than we can say. Our wedding was everything we could have asked for, and The Collins Off Main was such a huge part of that. If I could go back and redo my wedding all over again, I would pick The Collins Off Main every single time. We cannot recommend them enough!
