“We can’t say enough good things about Interlaken. During early wedding planning, we were initially torn between two venues, and what made us choose Interlaken was how incredibly responsive and friendly everyone we interacted with here was. Robyn gave us the tour of the venue and answered our million questions while we were in the decision phase (she was a joy to work with), and Susan was our assigned planner after we booked. Susan was super organized and on top of everything, and made sure we were feeling comfortable and prepared in the months leading up to the wedding. She was very accommodating, listening to our vision and making basically all of it a reality. She handled the logistics for all our events from rehearsal dinner to after party, and absolutely every part went flawlessly. The maître d’ and other support staff were equally incredible, going out of their way to make sure we were brought drinks and fed and happy the whole night. The venue itself is gorgeous, and it was a huge bonus to have all our guests able to stay on-site and able to entertain themselves with tennis and swimming and other included activities. The lake itself is so beautiful, and it made for a fairytale-like backdrop for the ceremony. All in all, Interlaken made our perfect wedding a reality, and we are so grateful we decided to go with them.”

“We were so lucky to celebrate our wedding at A Private Estate, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. When we were searching for a venue, we visited A Private Estate in the depth of winter during a snowstorm, but even then, we immediately knew it was the perfect place for us. Ripley, the owner, was friendly and direct, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure people had an amazing experience. The property was beautifully maintained, and the convenience of having the Carriage House accommodation along with the barn for the reception made it a much better value than most other venues we considered. We chose to have our ceremony outside, overlooking the Hudson River, which created a breathtaking and peaceful setting for our vows. The manor house made for a stunning backdrop for our family photos, adding a touch of elegance to the day. We held our reception in the barn, which we highly recommend to other couples. The rustic charm of the space, combined with the elegance of the estate, created the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. Our mid-August wedding was made even more memorable by the beauty and ambiance of the setting. The property manager, Jack, went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. Not only did he assist us with practical matters, like putting up blinds in the Carriage House to help our family members' kids sleep, but he also saved the day when a special bottle of wine we had intended to keep was accidentally thrown out by the caterers. Jack took it upon himself to dig it up and return it to us—an act of kindness we won’t forget. We are incredibly grateful for the hospitality and attention to detail from both Jack and Ripley. If you're looking for a venue that combines beauty with exceptional service, we wholeheartedly recommend A Private Estate.”

“I got married at the Riverview about 2 weeks ago and cannot begin to express how perfect it all was! The views and large windows in the ballroom were gorgeous on top of the landscaping of the grounds. It was EXTREMELY affordable compared to other venues we looked into, especially because we were coming from California to get married. We brought a few decor items of our own and the Riverview did the rest. They were so so easy to work with and we were so well taken care of the day of by our attendants (Tanya and Synsere!). It was the perfect day from start to finish and just felt easy and simple and we have gotten RAVE reviews from everyone who attended and so many compliments on the food, the service, and how lovely it all was. Cannot recommend enough!!”

“We could not have asked for a more perfect ceremony venue for our wedding! Communication with Stephen was incredibly easy—he was always willing to help and went above and beyond by taking us on multiple tours, sharing the full history of the space. Coordinating a pianist for the ceremony was seamless, and they were even able to practice in the space beforehand. Our florist had no issues setting up, and everything went smoothly. Our rehearsal was excellent, with Stephen on site to offer helpful input from previous weddings. Practicing the doors with him was invaluable, especially since he was there on the wedding day to ensure everything went perfectly. On the day of the ceremony, Stephen and Linda were both on site, greeting guests and vendors, and they helped us secure a separate space for personal items. The ceremony went exactly as we rehearsed—smooth and flawless. The space itself is gorgeous, intimate, and the views of the river were absolutely stunning, especially on the perfect day we had. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and seamless experience for our wedding ceremony.”

“We cannot express enough how much we absolutely loved our experience at this venue. From the moment we first walked in, we knew it was the perfect fit for us—not just as a couple, but for our entire family. It felt like “us” in every way, and that feeling carried through our entire wedding day. A huge part of our relief and confidence came from working with Tricia and Marty. From day one, they made everything feel effortless. Tricia, especially, was like having a built-in, experienced professional right by our side—part planner, part partner, and part friend. Her advice, suggestions, and calming presence were invaluable. We always felt supported, understood, and in the best hands possible. Our guests are still raving about the venue, the experience and the bonfire! We received so many compliments on the atmosphere, the beauty of the space, and the seamless flow of the day. Everywhere we turned, someone was telling us how magical everything felt—and we couldn’t agree more. The entire experience was everything we hoped for and so much more. We will forever look back with gratitude and the fondest memories of a day that was truly perfect. This venue, and the people who run it, gave us the best start to our married life, and we couldn’t be more thankful!”

We not only rented the 3 cabins on the property, but we also put up glamping tents near the cabins. We had 32 people staying here for 3 nights and 4 days. We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding and brunch the day after the wedding under a beautiful tent alongside the lake. It was breathtaking.
