Our goal is a perfect wedding & a fun reception. Although we have seated 115 comfortably in our space, we have noticed that 100 & less seem to be the best fit here. What our couples love most about Rocky Meadow? Our bridal suite...it's to die for. It's huge and it's beautiful, it always receives "ooh's & ah's"! Our decor room, this room cannot only decorate your entire wedding, but WE do the decorating for you when you purchase this add-on, saving you around $1500 to $2000. The Barn at Coal Creek is located in Northeastern Oklahoma and sits on 25 acres of farmland and can accommodate up to 200 guests. It's set off of Highway 69 on the outskirts of Wagoner, Oklahoma, heading south toward Muskogee. There are two on-site suites, as well as hotel accommodations less than 10 minutes away. With a full kitchen and bar area, we can meet every need for a variety of events. It's a peaceful spot, but not too far from the city.
