Winding up our private gravel roads, on our gorgeous family estate, is an escape to a destination wedding right here in Tulsa County that feels luxurious with a refined, yet laid back vibe. Both of our two venues are perfectly positioned 1/2 mile away from each other giving two brides the opportunity to be on their own private portion of our 191 acre estate, never crossing paths. Each facility offers you a distinctly different experience and the freedom to make your wedding your own. Soaring ceilings, natural light and complete privacy at either facility, positioned perfectly at the tallest points in Tulsa County, gives you breathtaking mountain views for a memorable wedding or special event. The Mountain Crest Venue at Dream Point Ranch has quickly become one of Tulsa area's most sought after, privately-owned wedding and event venues. Built in the modern farmhouse style, this white barn facility boasts the best views in Tulsa county and includes seating for 300 guests as well as both indoor and outdoor ceremony options. Included sheer white draping and bistro lighting bring a romantic aesthetic to every event.

Description

Micro weddings are outdoor-only ceremonies or “minimonies” with a max of 10 people at either Riverbend Chapel or Mountain Crest Venue. Over 10 total is $45/person. Monday-Thursday only. 60 days out, can be booked on any available day of the week, including day-of wedding requests. No food or drink during micro weddings.

Description

You get to have a completely unique, effortless wedding at either one of our two facilities - the Mountain Crest Venue or Riverbend Chapel. You receive full access to your chosen venue and can choose between an outdoor or indoor ceremony. Amenities are the same for elopements as they are for 14 hour weddings. The only difference? Elopement pricing is for Monday-Thursday only and, there is a 75 person maximum guest count. 60 days out, elopements can be booked on any available day of the week.

Yes, you can purchase your own alcohol and hire your own bartending company. We require approving the bartending company as we must have a valid copy of their individual bartender's licenses as well as a copy of their insurance listing our facility and company as additionally insured. We have a very strict no shots policy.

Yes, valet parking is included at Riverbend Chapel and security-directed parking is available at Mountain Crest Venue.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. However, the outdoor terrain is not.

A full list of amenities is available on our website www.dreampointranch.com. We provide both indoor and outdoor chairs at both facilities, tables, set up, tear down, cleaning, movable bars, arbors, draping and lighting as well as a host of other items and times at the facility.

Your rental time varies according to your package. We offer smaller weekday rentals at 3 or 7 hours and weekend rentals are 14 hours. All rentals are start to finish with vendors and guests accessing the venue at the beginning of the rental time and off property at the end of the rental time. Any additional time will be billed at $500 per hour.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including retainers, are non-refundable for any reason upon their due date.

Our property is just 41 minutes from the Tulsa International Airport. Take Hwy 169 to the Tulsa Memorial Drive Creek Turnpike exit. Head south on Memorial until it curves into Hwy 64. Travel east on Hwy 64 for 5.7 miles. We are off Hwy 64 on south side of road. Stay left to the large gate with Dream Point Ranch sign. Follow the signs to the top of the hill to the Venue on your left.

Yes, every client is required to host third party insurance with liquor liability coverage, if serving alcohol.
