About this venue

Three Twenty on Main is an elegantly casual event venue, located in Historic Downtown Claremore. The perfect spot for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, parties, baby showers, business meetings, family photo shoots, reunions, memorial services, etc. Our goal is to make every event easy, friendly and comfortable. From the initial planning through the day of your event, we work with you to create one of those days you and your friends or colleagues will talk about for months to come. We want you to end the day and say, “I wouldn’t change a thing - it was perfect”.

This space features comfortable, elegant place for the bride and her party to relax and get ready. Everything needed for hair, make-up, dressing plus refreshments. There's even a full bath.

An elegantly casual event space with a historical vibe.

This space features an open floorplan flowing from one area to the next. Guests enter the foyer which flows into the ballroom with overlooking gallery. The space is neutrally and elegantly decorated. Each event is set-up according to your specifications. Included in this space rental is the catering kitchen as well as spacious and ADA compliant guest restrooms.

    Bride

    Three Twenty on Main was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding. The communication with the staff, particularly Susan, was always quick and responsive - they were there for us every step of the way. The space is absolutely beautiful, with a wide variety of decor options to choose from, like florals and candles that they set up themselves should you choose that option. On the day of, the venue was decorated from top to bottom and exceeded our expectations. They truly catered to our every need to make our special day perfect. We highly recommend Three Twenty on Main for any couple looking for a stunning, personalized wedding experience.

We have peak and off peak days of the week. Friday-Sunday is peak and Monday-Thursday is off-peak
Yes, you may bring your own alcohol as long as it is served by a licensed and insured bartender. We do not allow: shots to be served, BYOB, or cash bar unless you have the appropriate permission from the OK ABLE Commission for a cash bar.
Yes, we are located in a historic downtown district with ample daytime public parking on the street, side streets and a public lot 1 block to the east of the venue. For events after 5pm our guests find parking even easier as we are one of a few businesses open in the evening hours.
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. We have a ramp at the main front entrance, the rear entrance is flat, restrooms are wheelchair accessible, and we have hearing-impaired fire alarm lights.
Our base rental fee includes wood farm tables to seat up to 120, chairs, lighting, sound system, and catering kitchen. We plan the venue set-up in advance with our clients. When you arrive on the day of your event, the venue and our furnishings will be set-up to your specifications and ready for you to add your decorations and finishing details. For additional charge (parties/hourly rental), we offer options for decoration with our décor items, silk florals, LED candles, food & beverage serving pieces, and clean-up. These extra decorative amenities are included in wedding packages.
Hourly: includes the number of hours you have booked please include time for set-up, your event and clean-up in your time booked. Packages: base packages are 3.5 hours - additional time may be added at the hourly rate. Weddings: your reservation includes Quarter Day: 4 hours, Half Day: 8 hours, Full Day: 14 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes you to set up and clean up. One added hour is included for rehearsal. Any additional time will be billed at $100 per hour (M-TH) or $150 per hour (Fri-Sun). Our venue closes at midnight - all events are "all-out" by midnight.
Cancellation more than 90 days in advance - funds paid to date may be applied to a rescheduled date with in the next 12 months. Cancellation less than 90 days in advance client forfeits all funds paid to date. Cancellation less than 30 days in advance - full contracted amount is due and will be invoiced.
Our venue is located 24 miles away from Tulsa International Airport. This is a 27 minute drive via the Will Rogers Turnpike.
Yes, you do. While our venue is insured you will also need to be insured to cover your liability associated with outside vendors you choose to bring in for food & beverage service, liquor liability etc. You will also need general liability associated with your event including bodily injury and property damage. This is often included within your existing homeowners or business policy. Our rental agreement includes full information and links to several independent sources for reasonably priced event insurance.
Our pricing differs for peak days of the week (Friday-Sunday) versus off-peak days (Monday-Thursday). Our busiest months of the year are May and December.
