Whether Jennifer is the only musician hired or string quartet, Jennifer will make certain the music is beautiful as she has recorded several opera albums and performed with twenty professional orchestras. Jennifer is a music graduate of Western Washington University and Illinois State University.

OPOV Band is a well established band in business since 2014. We are currently an 10 piece band and 1 sound engineer. Our instruments are Drums, Bass, Keys, Guitar, Trumpet, Trombone, and Saxophone. We currently have 1 male vocalist and 2 female vocals. We do have the ability to add instruments and vocals upon client request. All of our musicians are experienced, professional, and seasoned. We enjoy playing good music covering various genres such as Motown, R&B, Soul, Pop, Classic Rock, and Rock 'n' Roll. I love playing for weddings, and working with couples to customize the soundtrack for their ceremony! I have played for over 800 weddings, for guest lists from 3 to 2000, and across four continents. Specializing in music you don't expect to hear on the harp, couples can choose jazz, popular, Bollywood, Arabic, Broadway, and classical music for their weddings.

Our DJs have worked in widely varied settings, making our musical knowledge more diverse than many. Over the years, we have performed at many weddings, birthday parties, and other family functions. We feel that the rates we quote are very competitive and we ABSOLUTELY guarantee that we will NOT cancel any event for any reason. Sam Hill Entertainment is based out of Charlottesville, VA with bands located throughout the Southeast. Over the last 25 years, Sam Hill has helped tens of thousands of brides and grooms book the best in live music across the 50 states and for fly-in international weddings! Our bands cover Top 40 hits, fiery versions of Soul, smooth versions of Motown, elegant jazz classics, toe-tapping bluegrass, and country - it all exists among the performers we work with!

Dr. Congcong Bi has demonstrated her exceptional musical talent through triumphs in competitions and academic endeavors alike, culminating in the attainment of a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Presently, she imparts her expertise as an educator at both the University of North Georgia and Gwinnett Technical College, all the while actively pursuing research initiatives. Notably, her focus includes a significant project exploring the impact of performance engagement on cancer patients. These achievements underscore Dr. Bi's remarkable synthesis of musical excellence and scholarly dedication.
