Most commonly, BASH is used for either a ceremony or reception, but we welcome its use for both. We recommend hiring an event planner however they are not required but can be helpful in planning the ideal solution for your event. Venue Staff will set, chairs, tables, and table linens however you are responsible for setting all additional decor not purchased through venue and ensuring that the venue is left free of food and returned to its original condition upon the conclusion of your event. As an open vendor venue, you are welcome to supply your own alcohol and select your own catering providers, we provide a bartender when serving alcohol at weddings to ensure responsible consumption.

Our Grand Ballroom takes you back in time with special effect lighting, a massive antique bar, incredibly large dance floor and elevated stage holding up to 500 guests. Our Ambassador Room is so unique it stands alone in the Tri state. With elegant columns, a large bar, sunken dance floor, and special effect lighting on the dance floor for up to 300 guests. Your rehearsal dinner is the kickoff party to an incredible wedding. We have 3 private rooms with great food and décor. Our chef provides tastings for you to select the perfect menu. We include all of the extras without any surprises!

The Woodward Theater, established in 1913, is a historic music venue & event hall located in Over The Rhine in Cincinnati. We offer a unique, yet versatile ceremony & reception space that enables couples to represent their personal style. Our rental fee includes chairs, tables, linens & bar glassware. We offer all day access starting at 9am, with the option of a room flip during the event. We also provide full sound production, including House Engineer, use of our historic exterior poster box display, door security, wifi, a bridal area & over head bistro lights. There are three beverage packages to choose from, all of which include 24 beer taps featuring local favorites, wine & champagne. Lastly, there is plenty of room for dancing in front of our stage, surrounded by a gilded proscenium.
