Karrikin Spirits Company is a Cincinnati based craft distillery and event space in Fairfax, committed to exploring our love of flavors with the community. By definition, karrikins are the elements found in the smoke from a forest fire that trigger the regeneration of that forest. In the centuries since Whiskey Hollow was settled, those karrikins have been at work to bring distilling back to this very location on Cincinnati’s east side. In Spring of 2017, seven founding members with experience in brewing & distilling, woodworking, design, and more came together to purchase a building formerly occupied by Swallen’s and later, DnD Metal to start a journey of flavor and fire. My Old Kentucky Barn is a new venue in an old tobacco barn. The 1800’s barn is situated on over 50 acres on Main Street in Williamstown, Kentucky. Our owner John grew up in Williamstown and, along with his brother Mike, spent a lot of time painting the white board fence and planting Canna bulbs in the spring. John is only the fourth owner of the property in 180 years. The Webb Family were the longest running owners. In fact, they donated land from the property to form Webb Park to the south. John and Edna Risen purchased the property in 1976 and sold it to John over 15 years ago. There is so much history here and we are excited that others can now enjoy the barn. Even though the outside of the barn looks new, all of the old detail is still there on the inside. We know that brides and grooms will make great memories here with their families. It will also be the perfect venue for milestone birthday parties, reunions and other memorable events.

To create a base palette for you, we’ve salvaged the original 1950 structure and elements of the building, to allow its history to shine through. Walhill Farm is a barn wedding and events venue located in Batesville, Indiana. Situated on 250 acres of truly stunning farmland, it’s a landscape of beautiful forests, pastures, natural ponds, flowers, and gardens. From ceremonies, receptions, and rehearsal dinners, we can host a variety of celebratory events. We can comfortably accommodate the largest and most luxurious of events, as well as smaller, more intimate ones with just close friends and family. The Barn, our larger venue, can hold up to 550 guests. The Lodge can comfortably host up to 100 guests.

Located in the heart of Kentucky, Trusty's Barn is a local farm that features a one-of-a-kind barn that has is comfortable for inside seating for up to 150-180 guests. There are also several nearby outside areas that are perfect for adding a tent or tables for additional seating.

Black Walnut Grove Estate is located on a historic family farm in West College Corner, Indiana just a few minutes west of Oxford, Ohio. This beautiful country estate features a historic 19th-century farmhouse, a rustic timber frame, post and beam constructed barn with hand-hewn wood throughout, and a mid-century two-bedroom guest cabin. Although the house and barn are no longer part of a functioning farm, the current owner has transformed the 11-acre grounds into a cozy and elegant venue, complete with plenty of vintages and rustic charm, for weddings and other events.
