“Hippie Bakez was amazing to work with for our wedding cake. They got back to us in plenty of time with all the details we needed, and the quality of their work was incredible. In fact, many of our guests thought the cake was actually ice cream it was so good! They were so amazing she was going to fix anything wrong as she thought something wasn’t right but it was actually some decoration things wrong the cake was perfect! Three weeks later, people are still raving about how delicious our wedding cake was - there was hardly any left after the reception! My husband said it tasted just like ice cream which was the first words he said after his first bite. I'm not much of a cake person myself, but I devoured as much as I could. We couldn't have asked for a better vendor to make our special day even sweeter. I can’t recommend hippie bakez enough if you want a cake to actually be ate go with these amazing people! “Lauren is the best! Her process is so seamless which is very helpful with crazy wedding planning. We started with a small cake tasting with a few different flavors, buttercreams, and a filling. We were able to take it to-go and enjoy the cake tasting together at home! We ended up choosing vanilla cake with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream. I sent her an inspo picture of what I was going for as far as cake detailing and floral placement. My wedding cake came out just like the picture! “Cami was excellent to work woth! She communicated clearly and responded timely. She was accommodating to my schedule and made me feel comfortable planing everything from a different state. She was very helpful in planning for serving sizes and delivery and answered all questions I sent her way. We did a cake tasting and were blown away with every sample! Portia (sorry if I misspelled it!) was absolutely amazing! the tasting went wonderful and she was very professional! the cakes we wanted were not super crazy but she nailed every part of them! We did a 2 tier marble cake which was amazing, the groom's cake was a Georgia themed Football which was 1 part carrot cake and 1 part red velvet which left us speechless, and the absolute show stopper was the banana pudding cupcakes! Oh my gravy these were the talk of the night! All the cakes were so moist and rich but also decadent and tasted like happiness lol! In regards to Portia herself, I would have to say she is a pleasure to work with! I had at least 3,475 questions throughout the process and she was so patient and understanding and on time!! I would absolutely recommend Cake Me Away for anything you need! GO FOR THE BANANA PUDDING CUPCAKES!!”

We had two full Caketini Bars at our wedding, with eight options in each category—flavors, fillings, frostings, and toppings. Guests were raving all night about how fun it was to build their own custom cake creations in adorable martini glasses. It added such a joyful, personalized touch to the celebration. “Amy was an absolute joy to work with! Because my husband is Peruvian American, we really wanted to have a dessert table at our reception (a Peruvian wedding tradition). We spent months trying to figure out how to make it happen without success when, miraculously, we stumbled upon Twin Treats on Zola. We reached out to Amy, who responded within hours. We were in Nashville for the weekend for wedding planning, and Amy threw together a tasting box for us with barely any notice. Every single dessert we sampled was scrumptious - it was difficult to choose only a handful for our wedding reception! For the big day, Amy went above and beyond, even learning how to make a traditional Peruvian cookie (the "alfajor") for the dessert table. She totally understood our vision for our wedding cake, too. The entire dessert table turned out beautifully - everything looked so appetizing that guests actually started sampling the desserts before we had cut the cake! Not only is the service professionally done, but also great quality and the cakes, cookies, cake popsicles, macaroons, cupcakes, etc are so delicious and a lovely variety of cake flavors to choose from.
