Photography has always been a lifelong passion of mine, I picked up my first camera as a gift from my dad when I was 14 years old. Never in a million years would I have thought that my lifelong hobby could eventually become my career. I focused on my future, working my way through college and grad school to achieve my license to practice, but a part of me realized that I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to go on adventures and meet a lot of new people. So in 2019, I took that risk, changed my hours from full time to part time and put more focus on my photography. I booked my first gig later that year and have never looked back.

Photography is my creative dream come true and it is so incredibly special to be able to capture memories that other people will love and cherish for many, many years. Around high school, I found out for myself how important these memories were. Not just the ones I was creating currently but the ones that I couldn’t get back. I would look back on these photos and think, "I remember how happy I was that day." "Aww, my little brother was so tiny then!" Or even, "What was I thinking when I wore that outfit??" These little snippets of time carried such a significance for me that I wanted other people to feel that way about their memories, too.

Pursuing my passion for photography, I graduated from Brooks Institute of Photography with my BFA. I photographed my first wedding in 2014 and never looked back.

I take the time and energy to get to know you & your story, so that I can capture the parts of your relationship that are authentically YOU. So that you can look back on the photos from this season of life, and feel like you're right back in that moment, feeling those same feels. To me, a perfectly posed & still photograph doesn't capture a feeling the way that a candid one can. I direct my couples to create images that are full of movement and those intimate in-between moments.
