We offer catering with a choice of station-style service with pre-portioned servings or a buffet. Enjoy a special rate of $50 per person for 100+ guests or $75 per person with a 50-guest minimum. Growing up in Wyoming County, the heart of New York’s dairy & farming industry, Josh has a real appreciation for fresh food products. His family’s restaurants and their farms sparked a passion for carefully choosing sources of food. Josh’s dedication to sourcing and using the best fresh and local products is evident in his cooking. Josh went to culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami. He took the skills he learned from working in his family and other local restaurants and continued to develop them at J&W. After culinary school, Josh came back to Western New York and opened a catering business.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
