Her journey started at the age of six years old, Melissa-May was surrounded by all aspects of creativity. Her ability to visualize things, put them onto paper and create anything from scratch was also apparent at a young age when she completed an illustration of her dream house, then constructed an entire floor plan and a model house made out of popsicle sticks. Furthermore, at the age of 12, her friend’s mother noticed Melissa-May’s gift of artistry and requested that she create cartoon place cards for her daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. She later was asked to create the invitations and centerpieces for her best friend’s Debutant ball.

Susan Davis career in floral design began 30 years ago. She started with a Film and Television degree that cultivated her love of the arts. After doing set design for QVC her passion for creative arts led her into Event Florals. She is a national speaker/educator and the founder of The Design Sanctuary Workshop. She has trained countless apprentice florists and many have gone on to start their own shops. Bringing her sense of line, color, texture to her work she creates one of a kind experiences for all of her clients. After 30 years wedding and events still make her heart skip a beat.
