    Not a Wedding Customer - yet still a customer. I searched for a local florist with same day delivery. I wanted my daughter to have flowers and 4 balloons delivered to her work on her birthday. Saw an arrangement I knew she'd love and unfortunately ordered from FlowersByNora.com Received confirmation at 10A. By 330(ish) I realized my daughter hadn't called to thank me or send me a pic. Called florist - told them that this was a business and the doors would be locked at 5P. 5P called the florist again, telling them that I don't think the flowers were delivered. They told me to call me daughter and ask! 5:17P called them back - Definitely - no delivery. Told them that I wasn't an unreasonable person - have the flowers rerouted to my home (10 minutes from original delivery) since she was coming for dinner. That way she would receive her Bday flowers/balloons on her bday by the time we came back from the restaurant. NO Delivery. I let them know that my daughter wasn't born on 7/9 or any other day ... than on 7/8. Her receiving her this bday gift on any other day than 7/8 was unacceptable. I tried to offer an alternative. Their website reads "Same Day Express Delivery" on every page. 3Calls/3Emails Zero Resolution. Zero Customer Service. Zero Answers. Zero Flowers. Zero Balloons. Yet they had ZERO issues of charging my credit card 140. I let them know I would be disputing this charge. There was an expectation set with my written confirmation and their website of same day delivery. There was zero communication or answers from this company. I should have read the reviews on this company. Beware of FlowersByNora.com

    Flowers by Nora in Broomall, PA, is a small, family owned business, and we work only in the Philadelphia area. Unfortunately, there is a scam website with a similar domain name. We specialize in wedding florals and do not accept any credit card payments at all. We believe contacting your bank/credit card would be in your best interests.     Nora and her team were probably the easiest and best vendor I have worked with. All of my clients loved her work and loved her. Her designs were incredibly unique and made for some of the best photos to share over the years. She puts her heart and soul into each event. If you have the chance to use her talents at your wedding or event, please do. They're the best.
