Even though I've a large amount of experience putting on big events, since this was my wedding day, I was quite anxious. Mark and his helpers arrived early. He immediately asked me how we wanted everything done and then executed my vision perfectly—the setup was flawless, the food was wonderful, and they cleaned up completely without us having to lift a finger. What impressed us most was how seamlessly they worked with all the other vendors to make sure everything came together. Mark is clearly experienced. I felt so taken care of and could actually enjoy our wedding and reception instead of worrying about the details. We'd absolutely recommend Affordable Chef Services. “I recently had the pleasure of working with Glad Mouf for catering my wedding, and I am so glad I did! From the very beginning, their communication was seamless and professional. They listened carefully to all my needs and provided thoughtful suggestions that made the entire process stress-free. “We called Chef Anna “the Zen Chef” because she radiated calm and warmth every time she cooked or dropped off meals. On our wedding day, she was the one vendor who was fully calm, centered, and confident, an incredibly grounding presence for everyone. We had six meals with her, from the welcome dinner to brunches, reception, and an unforgettable late-night spread. She handled everything; shopping, cooking, cleanup and made us feel deeply cared for as a family during our long wedding weekend on Figure Eight Island, NC. Aside from cooking, which she obviously loves, she said her favorite part of her business is helping people make the most of their time together, and that was absolutely true for us. “What more can I say…. AMAZING all the way around! I catered my wedding through Quake catering and their hibachi was so delicious! It came with three types of meats(Steak, chicken, shrimp) with their delicious perfectly cooked vegetables and fried rice…. AMAZING!!! I also rented their dessert cart for my desserts. The dessert cart was so adorable and the dessert were out of this world. Their professionalism was top-tier! I would most definitely hire them again to cater all my occasions!
