Brandon and I started Heartfelt Productions 5 years ago. We had a vision and a passion to create a family owned business, that would impact lives through heartfelt stories and videography. Our goal for every wedding we film, is to create a masterpiece that will allow you to relive your wedding day, over and over again. We pay attention to every detail, so you can pay attention to each other, worry free. Hi, I'm Derik, a Houston-based Wedding Videographer with 7 years of experience capturing the beauty of weddings and elopements. I believe in the power of simplicity and cherish the world God has created. When not filming, I enjoy playing volleyball with my sisters and church friends on quiet Sundays in our local community.

We believe that love is love and strive to create wedding films that authentically showcase each couple's love story. People ask us what inspired us to begin filming weddings... It actually all started with our own! We were absolutely blown away with our own wedding film. It was cinematic, beautiful, and totally embodied our personalities and the significance behind our wedding. Our videographers were absolutely wonderful, and actually ended becoming lasting friends of ours. It was our experience with them (and our continued friendship with them and other incredible videographers) that inspired us to take the leap, develop our skills and begin capturing couples' weddings. We've since filmed almost 150 weddings and are loving every second.

Born in Barcelona. Lived and worked in Berlin for four years before moving to New York. Interior designer, photographer and filmmaker. I love telling stories about people, and sharing with them their special and candid moments, the reason why weddings are so important to me.

Over the last 10 years I’ve been pursuing filmmaking. From commercial shoots with Amazon, to the orphanages of Haiti, I’ve seen and done a lot with my career…but the moments that stuck with me were always the ones that had purpose behind what we were capturing. Weddings quickly went from being an occasional gig to the most precious gift I could provide an entire family! Through intentional filmmaking we are able to capture the sights & sounds of those closest to you on your wedding day, and that fills our cups!

Skyride Productions is the filmmaking duo of my wife Becki and me (Matt). We're both nostalgic at heart with our family being the center of our universe. We love to meet new couples and tell their unique love story thru the cinematic lens. With every film we craft, we want to create something timeless and emotional.
