For nearly ten years Ellis has been performing around the valley at prestigious local venues including LON's at the Hermosa Inn, the Phoenician, and Scottsdale Fashion Square. During his career Ellis has performed at events for clients ranging from ASU to the NFL, and for audiences including the mayors of Phoenix and Tempe and the governor of Arizona. Sweetwater Strings was founded as a string quartet in 2007 and has grown to include 20 talented musicians, since adding other instruments like harp, guitar, vocals and piano.
