Our wedding rental includes use of the facility on Friday to decorate and rehearse and Saturday for the ceremony and reception. We have 300 chairs and 30 round tables in our dining area and 15 cocktail tables with chairs around the dance floor on the upper level.

Built-in 1848, the wedding barn was originally a working farm, used as a hay and milking barn on the Briggs family 500-acre farm. Once the family moved on, however, the property slowly fell into disrepair, including the barn. Luckily, right away Joel had an amazing vision for what could be the ideal spot, he saw the potential like no other for a unique Irish Hills Wedding location and was happy to buy the property in 2017. In 1922, our venue started as a Ford Factory hosting an all-female workforce. In 2018, the site started restoration to preserve a historical significant piece of industry. Since 2021, the venue has been serving as the centerpiece of special memories.

Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season.
