I changed my floral needs and arrangements several times throughout the planning process, and Danielle was so patient, flexible, and accommodating every step of the way. She and her team even moved floral pieces from our church ceremony to our reception at the Cuban Club seamlessly- I seriously didn’t even notice that htey had moved until they were at the reception. My fiance and I didn't have a strong vision for our decor and had budgeted a fairly small amount for florals as we didn't want anything too flashy or grand. When I hopped on the first call with Regan, I didn't have a cohesive plan to share, only a color scheme and a request for a focus on more sustainable decor like potted plants and native flowers. Regan did an absolutely incredible job - with very little direction she knew better than we even did ourselves what we wanted for the florals, and she worked with our budget to create a very full and incredibly beautiful arrangement for our entire wedding. “I was so overwhelmed when I first started looking for florists for our wedding. There are so many options, and I didn’t even know where to start until I found Poppy. They break down the process and steps, making it super easy, almost to the point that it doesn’t feel real. To start, you meet with a floral consultant where you talk through your wedding details, the vibe you’re going for, the general needs, etc. Then they walk you through a list of various wedding floral options: bouquets, table arrangements, signage florals, ceremony florals, etc., and you start to narrow down what you want. In each section, they have a grouping of photos, and you can either select something from that or ask for more options. You can also tweak what they have shown (I picked florals that had eucalyptus in them and requested everything be switched to ruscus). After that, you have a while to go back in and adjust until a deadline, but they accommodated some last-minute adds I had as well. Our consultant was Sophia, and she was super responsive and wonderful to work with. Closer to the wedding, you get assigned a local florist who does the actual designing/styling and installing, and we were lucky enough to get Ron, who matched our inspo images EXACTLY. Everything was so beautiful, and I was so in love with my bouquet. He was also incredibly nice and set everything up so quickly. If you’re looking for something to make the whole floral selection easy, simple, and beautiful (also super transparent with costs), definitely go with Poppy!!”

We rented the ‘Moody Romance’ suite and I purchased an add on of a custom bridal bouquet and boutonnière! “We hired 17th & Sage for Day of Coordination and florals and worked directly with Alexis. Day of coordination was perfect for us since we already had a pretty clear vision for what we wanted the decor to be and look like, we just needed someone to implement it day of and Alexis and her team did just that! They do not offer previews for the flowers if you’re doing floral but trust that they are experienced, my flowers and bouquet were absolutely beautiful and just in line with my colors! Alexis and I weren’t communicating on a weekly basis which makes sense since I hired her for just day of, but we did chat just enough to get a good grasp of what needed to be done. She met with me for the first time three months out and then a second time like 2 weeks before the day. Alexis was very patient and kind throughout the day especially when we had to make last minute changes but everything still worked out great and our wedding day was perfect.
