The Roswell Mill Club is an upscale, sophisticated venue that is perfect for the most important celebrations. The site features crystal chandeliers, champagne and white linens, elegant gold chiavari chairs, and a covered, private deck that overlooks the river. The ballroom has a stunning antique bar, and is decorated with a mix of modern and traditional fixtures. This 120-year-old restored mill is completed with hardwood floors, ten-foot-high windows, and a stunning view. The wonderful food and beverage is provided by our own in-house company, Events Catering. We offer a range of food options and are happy to create a menu just for you! We host client receptions throughout the year so that you may experience our food and service, meet our senior staff, and ask questions before you pick your menu. The arrangement of our historic buildings forms a small historic village for a charming wedding venue. You can have your ceremony in the old Warsaw Church or under the canopy of the forest on the Amphitheatre and host your reception just a short stroll away in the Summerour House or Pole Barn. Rental fees are used for the continuing preservation of Autrey Mill’s natural environment and history, to provide educational programming, and to operate the preserve.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

The Chair Factory is a wedding venue situated in Gainesville, Georgia. This impressive building was originally built over a century ago and was occupied by the Georgia Chair Factory. This property has since undergone refurbishments while maintaining most of the site's original architectural features.
