“We got married at The Chapel on Sycamore in April and it was everything that we had hoped for! The chapel itself is gorgeous with the dark wood interior and stained glass, and the outdoor space in the spring was perfect for everything from photos to cocktail hour gathering. We had 200 guests and the space was accommodating. Lisa was with us to coordinate our day from the very start and was incredibly prepared, responsive, timely, and helpful in answering my many questions throughout the planning process. She met me at the Chapel to visit multiple times to look at the space as I was planning the event. We used Oakhurst Market, a preferred caterer, for our food and got many compliments (and loved the food ourselves!). We loved the location in Decatur near restaurants and bars for our guests and the ease of travel and proximity to the city and it was easy to book parking for our guests nearby with Lisa's assistance. I would highly recommend The Chapel on Sycamore as an excellent wedding/event venue with lovely and helpful staff. The pictures included are by OliviaRosePhotography.”

John and I fell in love with Athens while attending UGA, and eventually put down roots of our own, purchasing 24 acres in the heart of Bulldog Nation in 2016. We planted 2,600 blueberry bushes and named it Damn Good Dawg Farms. Combining my background in design and the wedding industry with John's building knowledge, that farm became Hadden Estate. Today, we offer a working blueberry farm wedding experience like no other in the region. Say something blue among our blueberry rows, celebrate under chandeliers in the Estate Room, and keep the party going all weekend with The Lodge, our onsite accommodations for up to 22 guests. From quiet mornings to late nights with your closest people, a full wedding weekend at Hadden Estate feels like a true destination, just 15 minutes from Athens.

Stonehedge House is a 1903 Southern estate on two acres in downtown Buford, about 45 minutes northeast of Atlanta. Couples say "I do" on the gazebo lawn beneath century-old oaks, take portraits on the porch and the grand oak staircase, and celebrate in Levy Hall, a chandelier-lit 2,000 sq ft reception hall built in 2015 to match the house, opening onto a stone patio for about 4,000 sq ft of party space indoors and out. Upstairs, a light-filled bridal suite and a separate groom's lounge give both sides of the wedding party room to get ready, and the fire pit is made for cocktail hour. One event a day, so the whole property is yours from the first hair appointment to the last dance. Bring any licensed and insured caterer, florist or DJ you love. We provide the house, the grounds, parking for 40 cars, and tables and chairs for up to 125 guests. Packages start at $4,500; rehearsal dinners, showers and welcome parties can happen on site too. “We are invited to attend a New Year’s celebration at the Stonehedge house. The main house is gorgeous and well, very well maintain. Spacious upstairs get ready space also the main even hall is spacious. Although we didn’t attend the wedding here, but this space is also perfect for corporate gathering or family reunion.”
