Born and raised in the Madison area, Jake has been working as a wedding and event DJ for almost a decade. He has experience in a variety of private special events, including birthday parties, anniversaries, and graduations; although weddings are his favorite! Jake’s love of all things music started in childhood, listening to his parent's vinyl and CD collections and grew from there. He has also worked as a radio DJ for over ten years! Past couples have appreciated Jake's extensive music background, event experience, and package customization!

From the humble beginnings of spinning my K-Tel, KISS, ABBA and Foreigner records for my stuffed animals as a young kid in the 70s - to DJing for thousands at a Minnesota Wild event to playing campfire songs on an acoustic guitar and doing skits for 1 million people on KDWBs DAVE RYAN IN THE MORNING show, along with being a bassist of 40 years for cover bands Hairball, Arch Allies and RockGodz & original acts Rainmaker and 1000 Pleasures. I began my humble career as a Disc Jockey & Entertainer working part-time as a Professional DJ with Pro Sound & Light Show. At the time, I was the Chief Technology Officer and IT Project Manager for a high-tech Wi-Fi company in the hospitality industry. In July 2014, I left my position in IT, and became the Chief Entertainment Officer here at Pro Sound & Light Show. Now I have the honor and pleasure of training, and coaching the next generation of talented DJs and Emcees, and celebrating with our amazing clients on their wedding day.
