I would highly recommend booking your special event by Fairview Green River, we had an amazing experience! Our Coordinator was Sandra and she was amazing, so kind and sweet, great to work with through the entire process. The package she offered made the planning process easier; it took the stress out of planning. All the vendors they use are top notch, food was great, cake was amazing, DJ was great, had everyone dancing all night, amazing dancing music. The in-house catering was all amazing! My guests commented on how delicious the food was! The appetizers were fantastic. An hour before the event was over, we had Bacon Wrapped Hot dogs for a snack, they were delicious. Highly recommend. Adina and the Event Set crew transformed the GMMA into a beautiful wedding site and experience. We picked them because the price was right and the views were beautiful. On the day of the event the flowers were more grand than we expected for our price point, the DJ was engaging, and the food was better than any wedding I’ve attended. They accommodated our Indo-Western wedding with great Indian and western food. We even had his and hers mocktails. The food was the most customizable experience we found on the market. And it was tasty max. Adina is respectful, caring and patient. Your photos will be amazing with the view and the flowers. Especially if you have Trisha as your photographer. She is a master of lighting and angles. She makes quick work of editing and getting the photos back to you. Overall a great experience, less stress, and an all inclusive experience with lots of personalization.

I don’t even know where to begin in expressing our gratitude for Meadowlark Golf Club and their incredible team. From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the right place for us, but we couldn’t have imagined just how magical our wedding day would actually end up being, in no small part due to the exceptional team supporting us throughout as well as the beauty of the venue itself. Amber, during the early phases when we were still learning about and deciding between venues, and Hannah, for pretty much all of our needs once we kicked off the formal planning process, went above and beyond in every way. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free (to the extent that something like this can be of course). They were always there with a smile, checking in, anticipating our needs, and making sure we could be fully present and enjoy the day. Thanks to them, everything flowed so seamlessly that we never had to worry about a thing. The setting at Meadowlark was breathtaking with every view being picture-perfect, and our guests were blown away by how beautiful and welcoming it all felt. But what really made the day unforgettable was the care, enthusiasm and attention to detail that Hannah, Cliff and the whole team poured into it. Our wedding day was more perfect than we ever dreamed, and we will forever be grateful to the entire team at Meadowlark Golf Club for giving us memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime.

Our experience having our wedding at Big Bear Mountain Resort was absolutely amazing!! From the planning to the venue to the staff to the food, everything was fabulous. Here is the breakdown of our experience: Planning Process: Working with Elizabeth, the BBMR coordinator, made planning so much easier. She was super responsive - always quick to reply to emails or texts - and really helped me think of details and questions I might have forgotten on my own. She kept everything organized and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, which made the day feel completely stress-free. The Venue: The locations we used were beautiful and worked really well for our wedding. Ceremony (Top of Chair 2): Taking the chairlift up to the ceremony was a fun experience that our guests really enjoyed. The ceremony site has a gorgeous view of Big Bear Lake and is surrounded by trees. The wooden arch they built was a nice touch. For ADA guests who couldn’t take the chairlift, BBMR can drive them up, which was great. Cocktail Hour (Hog on the Rocks): The cocktail hour deck had amazing views of the San Jacinto mountains - it felt like we were on top of the world. Even though it’s up on the mountain, we had an open bar and a tasty charcuterie board for everyone to enjoy (I’m pretty sure you could choose to do hors d’oeuvres up there too, but we didn’t personally choose that). Reception (The Meadows): The reception area at the base of the mountain was cozy and inviting, with string lights, fresh mountain air, and a roaring fire. It was a great space for everyone to relax and have fun. The Staff: The staff were fantastic. Guests commented multiple times on how friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful they were, and how they really helped make the day run smoothly. The Food: The food was really good - definitely better than what you might expect at a mountain venue. We went with the Timber Ridge menu (salad, tri-tip, garlic-roasted chicken, vegetables, and thyme-roasted potatoes), and it was all delicious. They were also flexible with dietary restrictions, which was helpful for some of our guests. The Price: After looking at a bunch of other venues, I felt like BBMR was the best value for the quality of the venue. Preferred Vendors: BBMR’s preferred vendors list made choosing vendors easier. We used the photographer and bakery from the list, and both were excellent. Lee Stockwell captured beautiful photos, and the strawberry champagne cake from Sister My Sister Bakery was both delicious and a hit with our guests. The Extra Touches: BBMR went above and beyond with adding little details that made the day feel complete—directional signs, lanterns on the tables, themed cake-cutting utensils, and even gold sparkles in the signature cocktails. Those small touches really added to the overall experience. So basically, I would 100% recommend BBMR for your wedding!

This is a place we have come back to since our wedding and will stay nowhere else in Big Bear. Billy and Alyssa were amazing and so friendly and accomodating. We just had our wedding at The Homestead and couldn’t have been happier! It was the wedding day of our dreams. Paula: she was so on top of everything at the rehearsal and on the day of, my family and bridal party really appreciated her thoroughness. She also was so accommodating to any requests we wanted for our wedding day! She and her workers spent so much time setting up our seating chart in such a beautiful way I would have never thought of. We had so many additional things planned for our wedding but she and her team made it all happen and run smoothly too! She even decked out our cake with our personal decorations using her creative judgement and it looked so cute. Email correspondences took some time to get replies, but texts and phone calls were promptly answered! DJ Milo: was a great MC and DJ. I was a little worried he wouldn’t play the songs we requested, as friends had that issue with different djs at their weddings, but every song was one we had asked for! Which really helped create the vibe we were looking for on our wedding day. He also flawlessly looped songs when some activities ran a bit too long. Haverland catering: the food was delicious and the portions were HUGE! I didn’t hear any complaints about being hungry. Desserts: pie and cake were both included in the package! And we had so much left over which was great because I wasn’t really able to eat much on the actual wedding day. They also let us bring macarons for an extra dessert table, and set it all up for us! Photobooth and late night treat: the guests always had something to do! Even if they weren’t interested in the dance floor. There was also areas to sit and talk peacefully away from the music. Bride whisperer: I even forgot about this until the day of the wedding! But I had an attendant with me the whole time to hold onto my bouquet when needed, get me water or drinks or food, and help me with my 3 costume changes. Dora: was so helpful in the girls cottage in the morning! Checking up on us every 15 minutes. And when the flower girl petals did not match the color scheme of the event, she and Paula went to get different petals. They really cared about all the little details! Florals: the flowers and table settings were beautiful, although not exactly what I was expecting. We had discussed moss for the tables but did not end up having it on the day of. Not a big deal, and the guests all thought the florals were beautiful. Bar Tender: was amazing! This venue is so good because it is BYOB. We were able to have 3 signature cocktails and she helped me to create the recipes and buy the proper amounts of ingredients. I was texting her back and forth making changes and tweaking the recipes until it was just right! She was always very responsive. The guests loved the drinks! The venue: speaks for itself, it is so beautiful! Our guests did not understand why we were getting married in Oak Glen, but once they were there they all understood. Also, when we booked the venue I was not thinking of this but it is ADA accessible. I ended up getting injured and needing knee surgery before the wedding so having an accessible venue was a great plus!

We couldn’t have asked for a more magical wedding venue! The beautiful desert landscape created a stunning backdrop for every moment—from our ceremony to golden hour photos. The natural beauty of the surroundings truly made our day feel unforgettable. The lodging accommodations were beyond amazing—comfortable, stylish, and perfect for our family and friends to relax and celebrate with us. We had such a beautiful wedding at Miller’s Landing and are so grateful to the entire team. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and from the beginning, the planning process was smooth and enjoyable. Communication with Kellan was excellent throughout the process, and John and Terri were also wonderful to work with—always kind, attentive, and helpful. We also loved the venue’s recommended vendors, who all helped make our day so special. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the end of the evening felt much more stressful than expected. After celebrating all day, we had to help pack, load, and remove all of our personal décor that same night. We had understood the décor would be packed and ready for us to load, but instead several of our family members and guests ended up helping pack everything before we could leave. Unfortunately, some of our personal décor items were also damaged during the packing process, which was disappointing since many of them were sentimental. One suggestion I have for future weddings would be to allow couples to pick up their packed décor early the following morning. On the morning of our wedding, there was already a venue tour and another couple’s rehearsal taking place, and the staff handled both so seamlessly that we barely noticed. Since the venue is already in use the next morning, offering a short pickup window for the previous night’s couple could make the end of the wedding day much less stressful without disrupting operations. Overall, none of this takes away from how beautiful our wedding day was or how much we appreciated the Miller’s Landing team. We are incredibly thankful for everything they did to help make our day so memorable and would absolutely recommend the venue to couples looking for a stunning place to get married.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Pine Rose and the incredible team that made our wedding everything we could have ever dreamed of. From the beginning of the planning process through the wedding day itself, we felt so supported and cared for, and I genuinely wouldn’t have chosen another venue. A huge part of that was our coordinator, Lynda. She is absolutely amazing—so thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was perfect. Throughout the entire planning process, she provided us with so much guidance and knowledge, and I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. On our wedding day, Lynda and the entire Pine Rose staff were incredible. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and helpful, and they made the entire day feel completely seamless. We also cannot say enough about the amazing vendor team Pine Rose works with. Wildflowers at the Lake absolutely nailed my floral. They somehow took exactly what I had pictured in my head and made it a reality. The flowers were beyond beautiful, and I will forever be grateful for the care they put into bringing my vision to life. Fox in the Woods Catering was also incredible. The food was absolutely delicious—we still have guests talking about how good it was! Their entire team was so kind and played such a huge role in making the day run seamlessly. Cory, our bartender, was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful in making sure we had exactly what we needed for the wedding. He made the entire process so easy, and the service on our wedding day was just as incredible. So many of our guests were happy with the service they received, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chad, our DJ, made the entire wedding feel so alive and FUN. The dance floor and energy were everything we hoped for. We also chose Matt as our photographer, and he was absolutely wonderful. I am a little camera shy, but he made my husband and me feel so comfortable and natural. We have already seen some of our photo previews, and they are absolutely stunning. What stood out most was how well everyone worked together. The entire vendor team truly operated like a well-oiled machine. Because they have done so many weddings together, you can see how comfortable they are with one another and, more importantly, how much they genuinely love what they do. My husband and I are beyond appreciative of everyone who made our wedding what it was. Pine Rose gave us the best wedding we could have ever imagined, and we truly could not have picked a better venue or team. We will forever be grateful for such an unforgettable day.

December 6th 2025, my husband and I had our dream wedding at The Mitten Building in Redlands. The venue itself gives a warm welcoming rustic vibe, with lots of brick and exposed rafters. For the holidays they give this vintage centennial building a beautiful make over with garlands, wreaths, Christmas trees, and soft glowing lights. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. From the moment we booked the venue until the day of our wedding (a whole year and a half later) We were in communication via email, phone calls, and friendly text reminders for upcoming deadlines and appointments. The staff was very organized and accommodating. The fact that the kitchen and catering is some of the best food we ever had is just a bonus! Acres Landing / to getaway and gather for sanctuary and celebrations! One of the best things about Acres Landing is that you can have your event past 10pm outdoors, which is something that is very difficult to find in Palm Springs proper!  Music can officially be played at our venue until 12am; we just have to turn off any outdoor speakers at 10pm.  With the back doors of our small Clubhouse open to the venue, the volume in our imagined dancing space, the Pavilion, is full event volume!  Bands can go until 10pm, and DJs can go until 12am.  We have no cap on the amount of pieces you can have in a band. We require a buyout of our amazing vintage campers, along with a venue fee.

The Morada was the absolute perfect venue for our Joshua Tree wedding. Hunter and Devon have gone above and beyond not only in the design and amenities built into the space, but they are proactive in assisting with any concerns and have maintained great relationships with the other local vendors which made for seamless drop off and pickup of rentals and guests. The venue itself is beautiful and all of our guests were very impressed by how representative it is of what makes the desert so special. Even having our wedding in the summer, the shaded patio provides relief from the heat. We had 11 children at our wedding and the space was very accommodating and the surrounding land gave everyone enough area to explore. We could not have picked a better venue and wish we could relive our time at Morada over and over again.

Our wedding day at Marinaj was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we met with Brian, the sales manager, to discuss our vision, we knew we were in capable hands. The ceremony on the veranda was flawless, thanks to Brian’s meticulous planning and execution. Jenny, the brilliant mind behind the menu, guided us through delectable options. We opted for the chicken and waffles and salmon bites, which were a hit during our endless tray-passed hors d’oeuvres-filled cocktail hour. The bartender duo Lee & Natasha kept the drinks flowing, delighting our guests throughout the night. Daniel, the event manager, ensured our chosen lighting and timeline ran seamlessly. Walking into our beautifully decorated venue(Royal Ballroom) was a literal breath-taker, and our guests shared the same ‘wow’ reaction. The chandeliers just give the room the most elegant touch. The entire staff, elegantly dressed, served with precision. The speed at which everyone was served was impressive. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the incredible food—Parmesan crusted Caesar salad, braised short rib, and chicken Marsala left our guests raving. Marinaj made our wedding day the best of our lives. Brian, Daniel, Jenny, and the entire staff went above and beyond. Look no further for the best wedding venue in SoCal. Thank you, Marinaj, for an unforgettable day!
