Manis & Co. is generations in the making! When Brandon and Kristen met, they bonded over their love for homecooked family meals. With Kristens strong Italian heritage and Brandon's German roots they were able to create an amazing catering experience! Brandon has a background in food management and merchandising while Kristen is a Wedding Coordinator so it just seemed to be a match made in heaven! Together they strived to build a brand that was about the client and striving for a locally owned, locally sourced mindset!

From our first conversation to the moment we bid you farewell at the end of your event, our goal is to make this experience easy and fun for you. We’ll handle all those pesky details and help you figure out what you need as far as menu, quantity, packaging, and service. My dream began watching food network instead of cartoons as a small child and finding myself inspired to pursue a career in culinary arts. I’ve worked for years in hospitality and now I get share my love of cooking on a more personal level, creating custom meals for families and friends to enjoy together.
