LEMON & TULIPS
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Starts at $65 per arrangement
  • Serves Stoneham, ME

Here is a very short story how I got into the floral industry. In 2015 I got in an accident where I cracked my skull and had to have brain surgery/tbi. I was not able to work for months, my vision was sensitive, my taste was gone, my balance was off whack, I had temporary aphasia and thinking would exhaust me physically. With all this, I had to go to neuro rehab and 'retrain my brain'. Color therapy; sight exercises. Smells; memory builder. Art; improves brain function. I then asked myself, 'what the hell career has all of this to help me?' Duh. Flowers. I got lucky because I fell in love with it

“Working with Lemon & Tulips was such a great experience from start to finish. Ali was incredibly responsive whenever we reached out with questions or concerns, which made the whole planning process feel smooth and stress-free. When our ceremony had to move inside due to rain, Ali jumped in to help us figure out the best solution and adjusted everything perfectly. The flowers she created were absolutely stunning, vibrant and eye catching in a way that had our guests talking about them all night. She really listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life in a way we didn't even know was possible. We couldn't have asked for a better florist for our wedding day!”

“I was very pleased with my experience with Something Borrowed Blooms! The flowers were quality silk, unlike typical fake flowers these felt and even smelled like flowers!! I enjoyed not having to waste flowers the day after our wedding, I could send them back in for the next bride! If I had not gone with something borrowed we likely would have make our own flower arrangements. I was nervous about not knowing how those would look until the day of. I loved knowing EXACTLY what my flowers would look like on my wedding day. They were gorgeous! The customer service was never lacking! My shipment was delayed by a day but the team was quick to respond to my nerves insuring me they would over night a replacement box if needed. We highly recommend!”

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (44 reviews)
  • Serves Stoneham, ME

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
“The Faux Bouquets was a wonderful florist to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was prompt, clear, and friendly. They walked us through the process seamlessly and the quality of their work was excellent. The bouquets, boutonnières, garlands with clip on flowers, and centerpieces had an authentic, natural look despite being faux flowers. Pricing is transparent and affordable, making it an easy decision to choose Faux Bouquets. The bright spring colors in the Garden Vibrance collection were beautiful, annd a perfect fit for our late May wedding. The order arrived with ample lead time prior to the wedding day. Additionally, the packaging was excellent, and their return shipment process is very simple and easy to follow. We highly recommend The Faux Bouquets to any couple planning their wedding.”

The Flower Spot
Rating: 5.0 (33 reviews)
·Ratings include Zola and Google reviews
  • Starts at $1,050
  • Serves Stoneham, ME

The Flower Spot is a small floral studio in Richmond, Maine, owned and designed by Anne Clark. We work from the ground floor of a circa-1854 house on the Kennebec River — the same house that hosts intimate weddings out back. Anne designs every wedding herself. No account manager, no template package menu, no upsell script. You tell her what you love — a color, a photo, your grandmother's garden — and she builds outward from there. Bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony arches, aisle florals, centerpieces, cake flowers, and installations. Whether it's one bouquet or every table in the room, the care is exactly the same.

“I Loved all of the floral arrangements. Just what I wanted. They did outstanding with communications, details, everything. I loved everything. Thank you for everything!! Highly recommend! Got many reviews/comments from the guests”

The Flower Dude

I'm Don Clark. I run The Flower Dude, a studio wedding florist in Portland, Maine. Studio means no retail shop, and that's the point. Instead of a cooler full of roses that flew up from Miami last week, I work from three gardens in Cape Elizabeth and Kennebunk — so from June through late September, your flowers are cut the morning you get married. I arrange everything myself, then deliver and set it up: bouquets, boutonnieres, arches, reception tables, all of it. Personal and personalized.

“Don did an AMAZING job with our flowers for our wedding! He listened to all of our wants, needs, and inspirations, and brought our vision to life. We had a beautiful arch of greens for the ceremony with white flower accents, and calla lilies were peppered throughout the wedding and used for wedding party bouquets and boutonnieres. There is nothing Don and The Flower Spot can't do!! You'd be remiss if you didn't choose them for your special event.”

My business started when I was planning my own wedding. After much practice, I discovered I have an eye for colors and floral design and now 4 years and MANY weddings and THOUSANDS of home decor pieces later, this is not only my passion but it is also my full time business. No side hustle here! You will have my undivided attention. I'll make sure your floral dreams come to life in wood and the best part, they LAST FOREVER!

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“Naomi and the Nectar & Vessel team are amazing. From the first meeting it was such an easy process and she executed our vision perfectly. We got married in MA and we wanted big bold tropical colors, fruits, etc as I'm from southeast Asia and she and her team delivered!! We got so many compliments on the florals and design and she is just so incredibly talented. I was so happy to put all my trust into her! When we had our first look at the table florals we were absolutely in shock - it was so so beautiful. Naomi was incredibly professional, great communicator, and so so kind. We got married during a rare nor'easter and her and N&V were able to quickly change up the plan and made everything look so so beautiful and made sure we were stress-free during it all! “It's hard to put into words how talented and wonderful Tess was to work with. When we first connected, I was immediately drawn to her vision, how collaborative it felt she was, and how she was willing to work with me on planning a less traditional wedding weekend. Aside from some very general direction, I really gave her creative freedom to do what she thought would be best, and then her first proposal exceeded anything I could've imagined so it was a no brainer to work with her. The year of working together was just as great as that first interaction—she is extremely organized and detailed, takes initiative to handle things that were able to be taken off of my plate, and is just clearly so passionate about what she does, and that is reflected in her work. During the wedding weekend, she and her team took on tasks that were outside of what they should've been handling, but did what they thought needed to be done to make my life easier and to make the vision come to life. I was so grateful to have her around for the weekend. But above all of that, the flowers were absolutely incredible. I can't tell you the number of people—both who were at the wedding and who weren't even there—that approached me or reached out to me to tell me they were the most gorgeous flowers that they had ever seen. There wasn't a single person who wasn't blown away by them, my husband and I included!! Long story short.. work with Tess. You won't be disappointed.”

Silver Street Flower Farm
Rating: 5.0 (8 reviews)
  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Stoneham, ME

Hi, I’m Sally! I am the florist/farmer/owner of Silver Street Flower Farm, a design studio and one-acre cut flower farm. ’m a NH native, a Colby College Alumna, and a twin mom. I feel grateful I get to do something every day that builds my relationship with the natural world. Our designs are seasonal and feature our own flowers or blooms from other local growers. The flowers for your special day are sustainably grown, inspired by nature, and curated just for you.

“Sally at Silver Street Flower Farm blew me away with the gorgeous boutiques, corsages, and boutonnières she created for our winter wedding. They were lush, textured, and gorgeous. Easily one of the best accessories to complete the most elegant I’ve ever felt. Sally’s passion and love for florals, artistry, and attention to detail truly shines through in her floral work. I had full faith and trust in her. I didn’t have a strong vision or direction to provide her but she asked great questions, interpreted my thoughts, described her vision, and dang did she execute. Sal is incredibly thoughtful, genuinely cares about making your wedding day special, and seriously brings the floral magic. Oh last but not least, Sally is a genius (in so many ways)… but in particular she uses a magnetic clip for the boutonnières for extremely easy, quick, simple attachment. The guys raved about this.”

The Ivy League Wedding Studio Florals
Rating: 5.0 (6 reviews)
  • Starts at $1,800
  • Serves Stoneham, ME
  • Offer

I bring both professional and academic training to every arrangement. I studied fine arts at the University of Pennsylvania, an Ivy League university, and I apply that same eye for color, composition, and detail to every bouquet, centerpiece, and installation. Your florals aren't just decorations to me. They're a work of art, built specifically for your day. Wedding florals shouldn't force you to choose between beautiful and affordable. I've watched too many couples fall in love with a Pinterest board, then feel deflated by the quote that comes with it. That's not how I work.

“Working with The Ivy League Wedding Studio Florals was truly one of the easiest parts of our wedding planning experience. From our very first conversation, June was incredibly responsive, organized, and thoughtful about every detail. She took the time to understand the overall look we were going for, including the fact that peonies were really important to us, while also being mindful of our floral budget. We were honestly surprised by how well she was able to incorporate the flowers we loved while still keeping everything within the budget we had discussed. We also really wanted a beautiful floral arch for our ceremony, with lots of flowers and greenery, and June completely understood the vision. When we saw it on our wedding day, we were blown away. The arch was so full, lush, and beautifully designed, and the quality of the flowers and greenery was incredible. It looked so much more elevated and substantial than we ever expected based on what we were spending. It really became one of our favorite details from the entire wedding. When we saw all of the flowers on our wedding day, they were even more beautiful than we had imagined. Every arrangement felt intentional and fit so perfectly with the rest of our wedding. The florals added so much to the atmosphere and made the space feel incredibly special. One of the things we appreciated most was how completely everything was handled for us on the wedding day. The setup, breakdown, and cleanup were all taken care of, so we never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. It was such a relief to be able to focus on getting married and enjoying the day with our family and friends. We also really appreciated the transparency throughout the process. We knew our final price upfront, and there were no unexpected fees or surprises at the end. June was honest about what would work within our budget and helped us make thoughtful choices without ever making us feel like we had to sacrifice the overall look we wanted. The Ivy League Wedding Studio Florals was such a pleasure to work with, and we are so grateful they were part of our wedding day. From helping us get the peonies we really wanted to creating the full floral and greenery arch we had envisioned, everything felt so personal and thoughtfully done. The flowers were gorgeous, the entire process was seamless, and we felt genuinely taken care of from beginning to end.”

I've made it my mission to hunt these jokers down, wrangle them together, and to serve to you dead off the proverbial platter. From start to finish, the team was proactive about sharing design options and genuinely listened when we wanted to adjust things. Their work was stunning and every detail was executed flawlessly, which really showed on our wedding day. When one of our arrangements got damaged during delivery, they replaced it right away without any hassle.
