The service staff was top notch and last but certainly not least our Sales Manager was amazing, she extremely attentive, professional and warmly relatable. We felt like we were working with a friend because she made us so comfortable. This is truly a special company that does their job with love and care. They strive to make sure everyone is happy and informed throughout the entire process. “I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Maison D Events and Hospitality, I felt like they truly deserved one. From the first conversation all the way through the end of the event, everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Planning an event can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure the food, setup, timing, and overall experience come together the way you imagined. The team at Maison D made the entire process feel so much easier. The staff was friendly, respectful, attentive, and professional without making things feel stiff or overly formal. They made sure our guests were taken care of and handled things behind the scenes without us having to constantly check in or worry about what was happening next. That allowed us to actually enjoy the event instead of spending the entire time trying to manage everything. There were also little touches throughout the event that showed they genuinely cared about the experience and weren’t just there to provide food and leave. That type of hospitality is hard to find. We are so grateful to Kafe 421 for catering our appetizers, dinner, signature cocktail, and cash bar. The team was so collaborative and helpful from our tasting and menu planning (including collaborating on dietary needs) to linen pickup and on-site execution. We especially appreciated that their team saved us a plate of appetizers for us to eat after photos during social hour and checked in on us throughout the night.
