“We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized person, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands. Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team! On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!”

“The venue is beautiful and the perfect canvas for a DIY wedding. Perfect size for under 100 guests. The venue managers are great people, that feel like family shortly into your planning. Read the contract in it’s entirety. I had no problems, but see neg reviews that wouldn’t have been a problem if this is what they had done! And ask questions!! Guests, including that old bachelor of a friend, raved about how beautiful it was in mid-May. They have great vendor recommendations as well! Only con was communication is by email only- once or twice I just wanted to make a quick phone call.”

At other times, it felt like she and her team were right in the mix, blending in so seamlessly with our family and friends. They made it so easy for Jeff and me to stay in the moment and be fully present throughout the day. The experience and expertise Tay brought to the table were worth every penny. I’m so grateful my sister recommended her to us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any bride who wants to look back on her wedding day and feel nothing but magic. One thing I do wish we had done—and something I highly recommend to any future bride and groom—is taking the engagement photo shoot. We booked Tay about five or six months before our wedding but had already done an engagement shoot with a friend, so we kept putting it off until it never happened. Looking back, I realize how valuable that experience would’ve been. It would’ve helped us prepare better for the family photo sessions and be more conscious of certain poses, like during our first kiss. While our photos are still breathtaking, I believe the engagement shoot would’ve given us that extra edge of confidence and familiarity, which is one of its biggest benefits.”

“We could not have asked for a better experience at Bellevue. We knew Bellevue was perfect for us because the park held a lot of memories, and the mansion is so stunning and full of history. There are so many beautiful locations for photos and we loved that our cocktail hour could be inside and outside. The reception tent allows for you to see the park/greenery and horses, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. The food was great, and everyone loved the bartenders, and the fun surprise Barbie drink was so cute! We were so grateful for the cocktail hour food in the dressing room and the desserts ready at our sweetheart table. Also, the food wrapped up at the end of the night! Those were all very sweet touches! We truly appreciate all of the effort the team put into our day, it was so magical! Thank you!”

“CT Artistry was by far one of the best choices I made for my wedding day! Christine was able to help answer any questions and made suggestions for me and my skincare routine during my trial run for the makeup. Because of her suggestions, I ended up with a healthy glow on my skin and less wrinkles so I didn't have to wear concealer at all for my wedding! I was thrilled about that since I wanted to have my freckles still show through and have a more natural look for the pictures. Even my husband, who prefers when I don't wear makeup, said I looked like me while highlighting my best features. Not only that but her skincare recommendations are something I've continued since then. She also did the make-up for my sisters and friends in my bridal party (even including my older sister who had reservations since she has sensitive skin). “Arlethea was super sweet and accommodating. My schedule was hectic and it was difficult for me to lock in a tasting date and time. She boxed the food up and dropped it off right to our home! Above and beyond expectations. The food was delicious. All the wedding guests loved the food, but specifically the appetizers. We chose the mini tacos, cheeseburger egg rolls, and spinach cheese puffs. My favorite item was the salmon entree. There was one slight miscommunication about us wanting a cupcake tower. She did not bring one, but once again Arlethea went above and beyond and got us cupcakes the day of the wedding! I highly recommend their services for any and all catering events! Thank you for making our special day seamless and stress free.”

“We enjoyed a picture-perfect wedding in June 2025 at Deerfield! The staff, particularly Lizette and our day-of coordinator Ryan, were instrumental in making sure our day was a success. We were sent a list of vendors that had experience working at Deerfield, which we felt was a huge aid in narrowing down our choices. You aren’t required to use these vendors (photographer, videographer, DJ, florist, bakery, etc) but we felt it was definitely helpful. We used recommendations from this list for all vendors and were very happy with the outcome! We note that you do have to use the in-house catering service but you are given a lot of freedom in the plates you serve with some customization from the ‘default’ plates, and we had a lot of fun attending the menu tasting a few months before the big day. We chose the champagne chicken and filet mignon as our two main entrees; you are also given a third entree option to offer your guests with dietary restrictions. The venue is gorgeous - we toured it on a gross spring morning in the pouring rain and even then there was ample natural light in all of the spaces. The views of the golf course at sunset are incredible and the space really lights up after dark, with the fountain and patio also open for guests. We are so happy to have had our wedding at Deerfield and can’t recommend it enough!”

The truck itself—with the red-carpet experience—added a charming addition to our venue and kept the celebration going as our guests were preparing to depart for the evening. Michelle was extremely easy to work with, was very communicative, prompt, and had great attention to detail. You could tell that Savor The Moment genuinely cares about every detail, making the experience feel so personal and special. The selection was great — from our favorite candy and snacks to the burgers and pizza we requested from our local spots. The food arrived hot and was kept warm for us and our guests. “The venue was absolutely beautiful, and our bartender was truly outstanding - the best I or any of my guests have ever experienced at a wedding! Huge shoutout to them for making the evening so memorable. The food was impeccable, and our tasting experience was divine. The staff also assisted with setup and takedown, which we really appreciated. However, communication with the venue team was challenging at times. There were many back-and-forth emails that could have been resolved quickly with a phone call, and response times were often slow, even after requesting callbacks. My cake topper was unfortunately broken at some point during cleanup and no one informed us, which was disappointing. We also encountered some issues with the sound system and couldn’t locate the venue’s point person, though thankfully it was resolved before our grand entrance. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the venue was stunning, the food and bar service were exceptional, and our guests had a wonderful time.”

“It seemed like a worldwind tour and in the end my bride smiled as if she received the world. We met Christina at a random event through a mutual friend and she boasted about 'Majestic Elegance Resorts' as the location for our 'Destination Wedding'. I had never worked with a Wedding Coordinator/Travel Agent before and as the Groom I understood my role. My wish, that was non-negotiable was that my Bride was happy.......MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. My voice was heard, any time we faced a challenge I was able to go to Christina to address it. • The location was all that it was bragged to be • Our wedding, with the endless beach view was the best • The transportation to and from the airport was on point • The food was very good • The rooms....oh the rooms...no matter which one you chose, not sure you could go wrong • There were events everyday on the resort, with staff approaching you during the day to invite you personally • Did I mention it was all-inclusive....It was all-inclusive • The All-White Boat Party the next day, not even the rain could hold us down as God opened the skies as soon as we left the dock.........whooooo just tired thinking about it. I have a pic of my Bride and the Wedding Coordinator passed out from all the expended energy with each other Most importantly, in the end my Bride was smiling, crying and smiling again. It took us 2 days to recover just to say goodbye to our guests as we stayed a few more days...just awesome. My bride is still smiling, even now and if we could change something I can't think of anything that we would change. I smile just thinking about it. All of our guests thank us for inviting them to spend to travel to join us for our celebration. They had the time of their lives and those that could not make it regret it but enjoy the love through our pictures. Thank you Christina for making my Bride laugh, cry and smile again. This was one of the most important moments in my life and we are still watching videos and finding pics.”

Thousand Acre Farm is a unique, rustic waterfront venue. We host weddings, parties, corporate events and fundraisers. Our main barn has 3 levels: The first floor Lodge room, the main floor for dining and dancing and our loft which consists of fun sitting areas for your guests as well as a bridal suite and salon. We also have the smaller Cider Barn where the groom and groomsmen get ready as well as an upstairs luxurious suite for an overnight stay.
