The Studio

5.0

Asheville, NC
  • Up to 30 guests
  • Raw space
  • Indoor

The Studio was born out of a vision to create a chic, versatile space in Downtown Asheville that caters to creatives, professionals, and those hosting intimate events, all at an affordable price. With 12 years of experience in Asheville’s hospitality and event industry, I saw a need for a venue that feels perfectly sized for smaller gatherings, without the oversized costs often associated with larger spaces. Whether you’re planning a micro-wedding, rehearsal dinner, or photoshoot, The Studio is designed to provide an inspiring and elegant setting that fits your event and your budget. Hosting an event for 20 shouldn’t come with the same price tag as one for 100, and The Studio offers a solution for those seeking a beautifully modern space tailored to their needs. At The Studio, we believe in supporting Asheville’s vibrant community of creatives and professionals, offering a space where big ideas can thrive in a way that works for the local market.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Perfect for a micro-wedding
  • Designed for grand celebrations
  • Pets can join the celebration

Venue considerations

  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Additional event staff required
  • No venue-provided food services
We recently hosted our micro-wedding at The Studio AVL, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The venue's chic, modern design provided a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony and reception. With a capacity of up to 40 guests, it was the ideal size for our intimate gathering. The full-day buyout option allowed us to enjoy the space at our own pace, without feeling rushed. The Studio comes fully furnished with stylish tables and chairs, and the optional bridal suite was a lovely addition for pre-ceremony preparations. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. If you're looking for a versatile and affordable venue in downtown Asheville, I highly recommend The Studio AVL.

Talk about gorgeous! We had several catered meals throughout our long weekend and each was more delicious than the last. A huge thank you to Jordan, Jane, chef Shane, and the entire HSF staff for an absolutely perfect weekend’s that we will never ever forget.
