When I first met Cristina, she walked me through every single detail about the wedding that I did not even think of. She has so much skill & knowledge in what she does; it is so easy to see why she is so talented. Throughout the 2 year engagement, Cristina constantly stayed in touch with me and always asked me what I thought / what my vision was. She was always easy to get in contact with if I did have a question and she was always more than willing to help me with anything I needed. When it came to the wedding day, she was on top of EVERYTHING. Not only was she early, but she was so efficient in setting everything up. She was even able to help with our seating chart, as she had a vision for tiering the name cards. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. At the time there weren’t many ppl local to me who made wooden bouquets but I reached out to a few and ended up going with Katie at Heart & Sola Creations because she was so easy to talk to and walked me through the whole process. She didn’t have one of the colors I needed but asked me to send a fabric sample and she created a dye color that matched my bridesmaid’s dresses perfectly!! Everything came out perfect and looked so good in pictures. 6 years later and I still have my bouquet on display on a shelf and my husband’s boutonnière in a shadow box with our invite, vows and unity rope braid. “Melissa from Amaranth was an absolute angel and really stood out from the other florists in the Villanova area because of how accommodating and reasonably priced she was. We wanted to do something unique and have sustainable centerpieces that were potted plants rather than cut flowers and we bought our own pots to help with the cost. She was the only florist willing to take on this additional complication and even spent time with me helping me select pots that would look good together. She made the centerpieces absolutely beautiful with clusters of multiple pots and plants of different heights and colors. Several of the guests still have the pots and plants in their home! Also, we had a hindu ceremony and needed a very decorative chuppah style structure. Her team did an absolutely beautiful job with a natural wood structure, beautiful greens and flowers, even though they had less time to set it up than planned due to issues with other vendors. Melissa is extremely personable and hardworking and is trying to make the day special for us without charging an arm and a leg. As a full-service floral and event design company, we've grown to specialize in far more than just floral arrangements. We have an expansive inventory of rustic and vintage rentals and decor. We provide up-lighting, bistro lighting and edison lighting. We have a complete inventory of specialty linens including tablecloths, runners, napkins and chair covers. We have a warehouse stocked with gold and dark brown Chiavari chairs. You name it, we've pretty much got it.
