The property is also home to Pinelands Preservation Alliance, whose mission is to protect the natural resources, history and culture of this unique region. In 2017, the Alliance transformed the barn into a great gathering place. Our historic house was built and finished in 1774 and was the home of New Jersey's first elected Governor William Livingston.
