Coal City Bluff was an amazing wedding venue for our special day. Their communication style was super helpful, with several ways for us to get in touch. The quality of their work and value was incredible, they had everything we could have wanted or needed. They helped us with the big things for decorating, taking a lot of stress off of us. The venue is so pretty on its own that it didn't even need much added. We also loved that we could stay on site in the cabin they provided, it was the perfect way to make the most of our time there. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are so grateful to the Coal City Bluff team for helping make our wedding day perfect.

As a recent bride, I truly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first visited, we were blown away by how absolutely beautiful everything was. The space itself creates such a magical atmosphere, and it made our day feel even more special than we imagined. One of the biggest highlights for us was how much the venue takes care of for you. They handle everything, from tables, chairs, and linens to catering and bartending, which made the planning process so much less stressful. It was such a relief to know that so many important details were already covered, and that everything came together seamlessly on the big day. What really set this venue apart, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely excited to be part of our day. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy every moment. Colby, the venue coordinator, was an absolute joy to work with. Colby is not only super fun and easygoing, but also incredibly responsive and organized. No matter how many questions I had, Colby always replied quickly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire planning process. If you’re looking for a stunning venue with an amazing team behind it, I cannot recommend this place enough. It truly made our wedding day unforgettable.

We opted to use their in-house catering option, Las Trojas Catering, and the food was absolutely delicious! The getting ready space upstairs was beautiful and very functional! We had room for all of the ladies to have hair and makeup done without it being crowded. The living room area was perfect for my bridal party to eat breakfast and socialize while waiting for hair and makeup. We got to take lots of pictures and made so many great memories before our wedding ceremony! What I loved most about this venue is how much space is available! Our photographer and videographer were able to get so many stunning shots! Our wedding pictures and video turned out perfect! I am so glad that we were able to have our wedding reception at Palace of Riverbend! The venue’s event coordinator, Karen, was amazing!
