“We cannot say enough wonderful things about our caterer! From start to finish, the food was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our wedding day. The Southern comfort food was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night. Everything was served beautifully and tasted amazing. Our wedding cakes were phenomenal. We chose blueberry lemon and marble cake, and both were huge hits. The blueberry lemon cake was light, fresh, and full of flavor, while the marble cake was rich, moist, and absolutely delicious. We honestly couldn't have picked better flavors. The dessert bar was another crowd favorite, offering something for everyone. There was such a great variety of treats that guests kept going back for more. “Wedding food sometimes gets a bad reputation, for good reason I suppose. But I can say definitively that Anyae and team cooked the best wedding meal I’ve ever had - I REALLY loved our dinner. Beyond that, out of all of our vendors, they were consistently one of the only ones we didn’t have to stress over. Anyae is consistently responsive (despite my many, many tedious questions), and her flexibility and caring nature truly went above and beyond even our best expectations. Anyae was not just a caterer - she became a confidant and a friend. We found Anyae when we had to fire our original caterer for basically ghosting us and being wishy-washy with poor communication regarding our reception venue’s simple requirements regarding open flame. Anyae stepped in and saved the day, despite a relatively quick turnaround (for weddings at least). We were so impressed with her team’s professionalism and DANG GOOD FOOD. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to all of our friends. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you, Anyae, for everything.
