Spanning 5,000 square feet, our venue includes a bridal suite, groom’s retreat, kitchen, and bathrooms. The open venue area can accommodate up to 200 guests for ceremony and/or reception. Duck Pond Manor was originally known as the England Mansion. The mansion’s building process began in 1861(according to family stories). The house was finally completed Dec 27, 1867. This 5000 sq ft mansion was built using bricks fired in a kiln right in the farm. The original Apple House still stands behind the mansion.
