The food they prepared and artistically displayed was mouthwatering, professional, and exceeded all of our expectations. We had several guests who were plant-based, gluten-free, or dairy-free, and even one with a nut allergy, and Silver Spoon crafted unique, elevated accommodations for each of them so they felt valued and their needs were met. We keep looking for excuses to have Silver Spoon cater another event - their personal chef experience is one we can't wait to enjoy all over again. Our guests are still raving about the food, especially the homemade vital wheat gluten roulade with butternut squash velouté that Chef Mark prepared just for our plant-based guests.
