TRAIL BREAK launched 8+ years ago and we were lucky to quickly find our schedule FULL during those first few years (and every season since) due to our casual yet professional approach to this business! We are a crew that clearly has fun at events (we'd have to given that we roll up with a giant, bright, plaid-wrapped trailer). With over 15 years of experience, we pride ourselves on providing a memorable experience that highlights sustainability. *PLEASE NOTE*: $500 minimum for small parties/apps only! All other menus are priced at $65-$100+ per person.

For over 40 years, Pauline's has carefully crafted seasonally-inspired menus that highlight local ingredients. A hidden gem located in South Burlington, Pauline's offers a variety of different brunch, lunch, dinner, and bar packages, with plenty of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options. Our venue can seat up to 40 guests and we are able to accommodate off-site catering requests for up to 150 guests, perfect for your next event!
