Say your vows in front of our White Arbor with intricate black gates surround by a white picket fence. The Factory at Walton Mill is an all inclusive charming industrial-chic venue, located in historic cotton warehouses. Guests enter the Willow Room which is perfect for cocktail hours, small events or just as a welcoming lobby for the main event. The main event room, the Hawthorn Room, features warm wood walls and massive beams next to exposed brick with wonderful wood floors. It can host up to 250 guests for a seated reception and even more for a ceremony. Throw in an expansive gathering porch and this is the perfect spot for a rustic chic wedding.

Lazy Betty is the culmination of the Hsu family's, along with Chef Aaron Phillips, love for food and community. Siblings Howard, Anita, and Ron Hsu were instilled with this passion from their mother, Betty, who welcomed friends and family to her restaurant as if it were her home. Chef Ron brings the experience he developed while working in kitchens all over the world, including his time as Creative Director at Le Bernardin, the world-renowned NYC restaurant that has garnered three Michelin stars and four stars from The New York Times.
