I recently had the pleasure to work with Mulberry Estates. I was in the hunt for a venue to have a surprise gender reveal/baby shower for my best friend. Right when I was about to give up I came upon Mulberry through google search. I immediately fall in love without seeing it in person. I contacted the venue and was in contact with Melanie since. Due to the fact I lived in a different city all the planning was done vie phone calls and text messages. Melanie’s impeccable service from day one made the day truly memorable. On the day of the event, I must say, I felled in loved even more. The guest loved it and most importantly my best friend and husband loved it. The venue definitely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. Melanie was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern and cozy elements. Thank you so much again Melanie for all your time and patience with me through the planning since they one until the event date. Thank you once again for an outstanding experience. As proprietors of Maria's Arrangements, a budding flower shop dedicated to crafting beauty and elegance through floral design, we had the immense pleasure of attending the grand opening of Pegasus Manor, a truly remarkable wedding venue that we wholeheartedly recommend to all the beautiful couples planning their engagement celebrations. From the moment we stepped foot into Pegasus Manor, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of magic and enchantment. The grand opening was an experience beyond compare, with an impressive array of vendors showcasing their talents and services. What truly set this event apart, however, was the warmth and hospitality extended by Ms. Beth, the consummate hostess of Pegasus Manor. Ms. Beth's genuine warmth and attentiveness made us feel not only welcomed but truly valued as guests. Throughout the event, she ensured that everyone in attendance was enjoying themselves and had everything they needed to make the most of the festivities. Her dedication to creating a memorable experience for all was truly commendable. One highlight of the grand opening was the interactive giveaway for future couples, which added an extra layer of excitement and joy to the event. It was heartwarming to see the happiness on the faces of the participants, further emphasizing the sense of community fostered by Pegasus Manor. As newcomers to the floral design scene, we were particularly grateful for Ms. Beth's support and guidance. I was sold on this venue during my initial search. After hours of research on wedding venues in the Orlando area, I kept coming back to this venue since it offers everything a couple could possibly need for their best day ever! Not only is the venue is unique and stunning with such rich history, but from a business perspective, the venue and their staff are really spectacular when it comes to event management. Highly recommend choosing vendor from their vendor list as well since these vendors work together constantly and truly know how to make wedding run smoothly. It was such a peace of mind working with this venue and their extended team for that reason! For example, we ended up selecting their option for all-inclusive catering (rentals) which was specific to the venue, and it was such a relief that the venue and catering company just took care of everything! I couldn't tell you how reassuring it was to speak with each of my vendors that already knew the lay of the land when it came to working with this venue so I didn't personally have to worry too much about logistics. The venue staff is also so kind and amazing to work with. You won't be disappointed booking your wedding there!

We had the absolute best experience with Highland Manor and Dubsdread Catering! From the moment we stepped onto the property for our first tour with Michelle, we were blown away. The venue is stunning—the historic charm, the gorgeous oak tree, and the warm, romantic feel of the space made it everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. Michelle was so helpful and welcoming from day one, walking us through open houses and answering every question during the planning process. When we transitioned to David, who was both our planner and day-of coordinator, we knew we were in excellent hands. He was organized, calm, and genuinely cared about making our day stress-free and perfect. The day of our wedding, the weather didn’t cooperate, and we had to make a last-minute switch from an outdoor ceremony to indoors. David and the team made it happen without a hitch—moving the reception tables aside and using the chairs from the tables to set up a beautiful indoor ceremony layout. It didn’t feel like a backup plan at all—it looked intentional and beautiful. The entire staff was incredibly professional—from the servers to the bartenders, everyone was friendly, attentive, and on point all night. A special thank you to Yolanda, our head waitress/butler, who truly went above and beyond. She followed us around with my dress to ensure it wasn't getting wet, brought us drinks all evening without us ever having to ask, and made sure we had plates from the buffet, cake, and anything else we needed. She made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. And the food? Wow. Our guests still haven’t stopped talking about how good it was. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety, and it was easily the best wedding food we've ever had. If you’re considering Highland Manor and Dubsdread Catering—do it. The venue is breathtaking, the team is exceptional, and they made our wedding day absolutely unforgettable. We can’t recommend them enough!

The most important things to begin with is that Cypress Creek Farmhouse will provide you everything that you are look for as far as phenomenal location, and that the owners Tay and Craig and their staff are Amazing, Kind, Authentic, professionals, who have a true passion for the amazing job they do. All of these qualities are matched by their true interest in making sure that you have the event and location and day of your dreams. Cypress Creek Farmhouse was our first pick out of many locations from the very beginning simply based on the pictures on the website due to the gorgeous natural beauty of the location and the classy features of the buildings, which in every way meets and exceed the needs for each aspect of our wedding. The location provides options for how and where you would want your events to take place. After a conversation with Tay who from the very start showed true enthusiasm, kindness and in-depth knowledge of every aspect of wedding planning, we met to view Cypress Creek Farmhouse . This is when we were able to see and feel that this was the location for our special day as soon as we saw the stunningly beautiful premises. During the whirlwind 3 month process, Tay and her staff took time on a frequent basis to provide us with recommendations, reminders, and made accommodations to make the wedding planning and wedding day a seamless and perfect one. Tay, Craig and Joyce and their team were able to provide multiple suggestions for wedding planning details that we may not have thought of and that met our budget. They all provided constant encouragement and a calm understanding of what our vision was. My wife Tessa and I can honestly say that the owners and location Cypress Creek Farmhouse exceeded all of our wedding dreams. We recommend you make your memories as beautiful and sweet as ours have your events at Cypress Creek Farmhouse. Thank you Tay, Craig and Joyce and the rest of the amazing staff at this Gorgeous location.

Art & History Museums of Maitland

5.0

Maitland, FL
  • Up to 125 guests
  • Raw space
  • Indoor & outdoor

The A&H’s Maitland Art Center, originally known as the Research Studio, was founded in 1937 by visionary artist and architect J. André Smith. The center was originally a winter artist’s colony, dedicated to fostering an exploratory approach to modern art. The hundreds of original sculptural elements that adorn the structures were hand-carved by André Smith and his associates, and the center remains one of the few surviving examples of Mayan Revival architecture in the southeastern United States.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Provides lighting and sound
  • Both indoor and outdoor options
  • Classic, vintage atmosphere

Venue considerations

  • No all-inclusive dining options
  • Does not provide event staff
  • Not wheelchair accessible
The grounds were absolutely stunning backdrop for our fairytale wedding. The availability of different spaces to use during the event was such a nice way to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the same location but with a different gorgeous view for each. There are so many beautiful buildings and artwork around. Paola was easy to work with and we were able to purchase extra time to set up. The only negative is that two museum employees walked through our reception stations (in sweats, while it was a black tie affair) then proceeded to sit on the steps to eat. We highly recommend The Art & History Museums of Maitland.

Venue on the Lake was such a blessing for our 2020 wedding. We booked the place months before the pandemic hit, and had to postpone the event, and had many other concerns to make sure our wedding was safe and still beautiful. Communicating with Bill was so easy, and so was postponing the wedding and making sure it was socially distant. I did not have to worry about anything through the whole process and was so happy with how my wedding went, from the moment we booked until the event ended. Even when the city started construction nearby that week, they put curtains up so the orange cones wouldn't show during our ceremony. We would highly recommend working with this venue!
