Our land has been in the family since the 1940s, when my great-grandfather first planted it as an orange grove. It’s now been passed down through four generations, and today, it's where we host weddings that feel grounded, personal, and full of heart. When my husband and I decided to get married, we knew the farm was the perfect place. We didn’t bring in a team or outside investors, we built it ourselves, with the help of close friends and family. Every path, fence, and detail was handcrafted with care. It was a big project, but one that means the world to us, and became the place we got married! Our nine acre property provides perfect backdrops for your most special moments! Five acres of active grapevines surround our Farmhouse, which was built all the way back in 1900 and still features some of the original flooring and as well as the wood staircase. Two ceremony sites are yours to choose from, the Vineyard or the Lakeside. Our Vineyard site is nestled amongst the vines and sits at the base of a very large and old Oak Tree. The largest of our two sites, the Vineyard also features our onsite Wishing Well for couples married on the property. The Lakeside site provides a smaller, more intimate experience with the view of gorgeous Lake Thonotosassa at your backs. A dreamy Bridal Suite awaits on the second floor of our Farmhouse, and not to be forgotten, a Grooms Bunkhouse down by the lake. Draping the front of the Farmhouse, our reception area features 3,000 square feet of covered space with all new lighting and sound.

Grand Hall Our 5,152 sqft Grand Hall can accommodate up to 340 guests seated or 740 guest cocktail style. The Grand Hall’s features high pitch ceilings with the central peak reaching 40’ overhead. The Community Room is a 1,980 square foot room can accommodate up to 280 Guests cocktail style or 130 seated. This space can be used as one large room or split into two rooms and is ideal for meetings or small gatherings. The 1918 Tampa is a unique bar measuring at 2,470 square feet, it can fit up to 361 Cocktail or 220 Seated. The 1918 is fully stocked and open to the public and can be rented exclusively for your event.

Our 77 acre blueberry and cattle farm offers gorgeous waterfront pond views, majestic oaks, flower fields and a vintage barn with twinkling lights and chandeliers. Our barn is large enough to hold 299 of your closest friends and family and we have AC units and fans to cool the party. We offer an all-inclusive package, as well as a DIY package. We have a beautiful bridal cottage with seating for 16 guests. While the ladies are getting hair and make-up done in the bridal cottage, the groom and groomsmen can hang out in our unparalleled groom's room that sports a pool table, poker table and a bar. We have two shooting ranges and a pond for fishing. Our families have all day access to the farm leading up to the wedding and we include six hours for the event! The Lemon Orchard Venue on the Lake is a wedding venue located in Thonotosassa, Florida. We have had brides taken from the rustic a/c venue down to the lake, arch site by horse and carriage, by a 70’s VW bus, a yellow 57 Chevy truck, the sky is the limit. We are directly on lake Thonotosassa so you could even come by water airplane. We have an amazing dock where you can capture your sunset photos. Our venue barn is air-conditioned and can seat 150 guests.
