    Lauren was absolutely amazing and such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, communication was clear, timely, and so helpful. She made everything feel easy and stress-free. The venue itself is STUNNING, and everything came together beautifully for our wedding on April 18, 2026. What really stood out was how accommodating and attentive they were. I have a dietary restriction, and they handled it with such care and understanding, which meant so much to me and allowed me to fully enjoy the day without worry. Lauren truly went above and beyond to make everything seamless. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, I can’t recommend her enough!

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, NOT including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.
We require a 20% Deposit and a signed Private Event Agreement to confirm your date. An additional 40% Deposit is due 60 days in advance of the event, with your final guest count and remaining balance due 10 days in advance of the event.

We highly recommend our preferred vendors as they are familiar with our facilities and partner well with The Tampa Club. All third-party vendors must provide The Tampa Club proof of liability insurance prior to working any event.
There are no current mandates or restrictions with regard to events and COVID-19 in the city of Tampa, however, we do recommend you and your guests continue to follow current CDC guidelines at the time of your event.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Bar services are provided by the Venue. Exceptions can be made for wine only, with a Corkage Fee of $20 per bottle.
